It is located on Michigan Street in James Bay, a quintessentially Victorian neighbourhood complete with parks, a wonderful local school, two bustling villages, and effortless pedestrian access to downtown.
Duet's location in James Bay puts it between nature and city, between historic and modern. It's a picturesque neighbourhood that's constantly changing, blooming and growing.
A lovely courtyard, planted between the two buildings, is a green, serene proposition for both residents and pedestrians on Michigan Street. The courtyard begins at the street, rooting it into the neighbourhood and inviting residents to enter.
A 9th floor rooftop terrace completes the wonderful amenities Duet has to offer. The landscaped outdoor space with incredible views and a covered outdoor BBQ kitchen is for the use of ALL staying here, a stunning common space.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'10" (2.08 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
There is storage for up to two bikes in a designated spot in one of the bike rooms, but please, let us know if you plan on bringing bikes.
