Our Payment Plan and Cancellation Policy

Short Term Stays – 30 days and less

A 50% deposit of the rental rate + fees and taxes is required at time of booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit (for stays 15 days and more) is payable 30 days prior to check-in.

A 30 day cancellation period applies with full refund less cancellation fee of $100 if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment for your stay becomes non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival.

Short Term Stays – more than 30 days

A 50% deposit of first month stay + fees and taxes is required at time of booking with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Payments for any additional months are due 2 months prior to the start of the subsequent months. A refundable security deposit is payable 30 days prior to check-in.

A 30 day cancellation period applies with full refund less cancellation fee of $100 if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Payments for the first month of stay becomes non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival, and a 30-day notice is required to cancel any part of the stay beyond the first 30 nights.

Long Term Stays – 90 days and more

A 50% deposit of first month stay + fees and taxes is required at time of booking with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Payment for 2nd and 3rd month are due 2 months prior to the start of the months with full payment of first 90 nights before check-in. A refundable security deposit is payable 30 days prior to check-in.

A 60 day cancellation period applies with full refund less cancellation fee of $100 if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. Payments become non-refundable if canceled within 60 days of arrival, and a 30-day notice is required to cancel any part of the stay beyond the first 90 nights.
