At our initial meeting we strive to understand your goals for your property and then work with you to meet them. Whatever your primary goal is we work hard to: maximize your revenue, minimize maintenance costs, provide flexibility to ensure you are able to enjoy your property whenever you wish, and, in all cases, make sure you comply with all existing government regulations.

 

To help meet these goals, we add our experience, suggestions and opinions of what works and what doesn’t work in Victoria's furnished rental marketplace. Part of a superior guest experience is the attention to detail that Victoria Prime helps provide. Our guests benefit because each of our properties include all the comforts of home such as basic kitchen supplies, towels, linens, and paper products for kitchen and bath. 

 

We also maintain your property to the highest level. Part of the checkout process is an inspection made after the guests leave to make sure that everything is in working order. We check for tangled blind cords (very common), hinges, appliances, and anything that may need tweaking.

 

On rentals of thirty days or more, our service includes monthly maintenance checks where one of our maintenance staff stops by your property to ensure it is being well taken care of and to fix minor wear and tear issues.

 

These are just some of the things that exemplify our commitment to customer service for both guests and owners. We work tirelessly to make the guests’ experience the very best, both with the property and within Victoria. We vet guests very carefully and often we have had so much communication with them, that by the time they arrive, they are hugging us to show their appreciation.

We Offer Personalized Service to Guests

Our check in services include meeting guests at the door along with a detailed tour of the property and an introduction to your house rules. We check all guests in personally, no matter what time of day it is and then our concierge is available to help our guests with anything that may come up during their stay. 

 

All units are supplied with a house book that has all of the property info that they need to enjoy the property to its fullest. This includes wi-fi codes, amenity room rules, parking space numbers, phone number to the property, how to let guests in, and more. The house book also contains brochures and maps of the best Victoria has to offer. We include a “we recommend” page containing all of our favourite places to eat and things to do.

 

We believe that well served guests are return guests and happy guests take excellent care of the property as they feel a sense of appreciation for all that we do for them. To ensure that each property is cleaned to the standard our guests expect we have partnered with a well-established cleaning firm.

 

Our experienced guest relations professionals work closely with the cleaning crews and in many cases put the finishing touches on property before the guests are welcomed. Many of our guest’s comments include notes on how clean the property is.

We Always Adhere to Current Regulations

In addition to the personal care and attention Victoria Prime offers you and your property, we also should note that we are fully compliant with all the regulatory bodies overseeing short term property rentals in Victoria and British Columbia. We maintain a trust account for all funds received by renters and forward payment to you at the end of each month along with a detailed accounting for your records.
