Victoria Prime believes in fee transparency. There are no hidden fees.
25% commission on rental revenue for stays of less than 28 days with 20% commission for stays of 28 days and more.
For owners wanting to host their guests themselves, taking care of cleaning and maintenance, we offer a service package at a commission of 10% for all lengths of stay.

TRANSPARENCY
We use state of the art software for a seamless guest booking experience and that includes an owner portal for you to use in managing your own bookings and reporting rental income and charges.
PERSONLIZED CARE
Providing excellent guest services is key to ensuring positive reviews and repeat business. We will handle guest communications and address any issues promptly. Your property is provided with a deep clean and sanitization after each guest stay and we have an excellent team of technicians on hand to address any maintenance concerns.
TAX COMPLIANCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Our goal is to ensure that your property is exempt from the requirements of British Columbia’s Speculation Tax. Most of our owners are exempt whereby the property is occupied for a period of 180 days in a calendar year. Our team are also experts in keeping up with local business requirements.
NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS
Victoria Prime is very confident that our service is unsurpassed. therefore, we do not lock our property owners into a long duration contract. We only ask that you give us 60 days’ notice should your circumstances change and you wish to terminate the agreement with Victoria Prime.
