CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire guest house to yourself throughout your stay. Building amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home!

PETS: A mature dog may be considered, subject to owner approval.

PARKING: The accommodation has one dedicated parking spot under a carport.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Bike storage may be available in the work shed (bring your own lock).

NON-SMOKING: This suite is NON-SMOKING. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect the quiet hours.
