Sunset Place
Welcome to Sunset Place located on the 7th floor in the Escher building, where the developer's vision was to design a building that would push the boundaries of modern architecture in Victoria and redefine what people have come to expect from a new downtown home. Developers aimed for a forward-look, modern in both design and materials, a bridge between Fairfield's quiet residential streets and the downtown core.
A favourite feature is the rooftop terrace, complete with lounge, kitchen and BBQ areas, washroom and views overlooking downtown, Fairfield and the Olympic Peninsula in the distance. Dine in the bistro area or enjoy a quiet coffee while checking email in the wifi-enabled lounge—the rooftop patio is designed to be an extension of your home and the outdoor heart of Escher’s vibrant community!
Elegantly furnished with comfort and practicality in mind, this spacious One Bedroom Suite includes a built-in office desk, Local Telephone and Wireless High Speed Internet. A King size bed with comfy quilted linens and a walk through style closet to the washroom make this a very lovely ensuite. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, while full-height cabinetry and ample counter space make preparing (and even storing) food a pleasure.
Approximately 600 Sq. ft.
Important Notes:
You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
CHECK-IN is between 4 pm and 8 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 7'0" (2.1m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
