Welcome to Belvedere Heights, a stunning top of the line furnished rental on the 15th floor of the Belvedere building.  It seems that new condos are getting smaller and smaller these days, but not this one.  A well done floor plan with 1400 sq ft gives you wonderful spaciousness and separation.  As it is partially owner occupied, it has more than the standard items you find in your normally well-equipped rental.   

The kitchen is designed with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (microwave, convection oven, glass stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).  These came with the property, and the small appliances will thrill those inclined to stay in and cook at home.

Every space has been thought out to maximize enjoyment and space.  There is a wonderful room just off of the kitchen and it has been designed so you can use it to fit your needs, as it has a super high quality queen murphy bed system built in with drawers and cabinets.  It also has a desk for those working from home or needing a little office time while on holiday.  One can put the murphy bed up to enjoy an open space and views toward Mount Baker on a clear day.

Some of the extras you will enjoy here are 3 Smart TVs and North American long distance included.

The Belvedere is a secure, executive-quality condominium in a suberb location. It's located 2 blocks from the Empress Hotel, the Inner Harbour and Beacon Hill Park, and steps to The Marriott Hotel, and walking distance to the Coho Ferry to Washington State and to the BC Pacific Coach Bus Terminal. From the condo you can readily enjoy Victoria's picturesque Inner Harbour known for its waterfront walks, flower beds and hanging baskets, water-taxis, sightseeing and whale-watching excursion boats, street performers, horse-drawn carriage rides, tour buses, the Robert Bateman gallery, the Royal BC Museum and IMAX theatre, historic Helmcken House, and the impressive lights of the beautiful BC Legislature at night. The lively waterfront is handy to many interesting shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Beacon Hill Park offers 75 hectares of  flower and rock gardens, a medieval-style stone bridge, duck ponds and Children's Farm. Majestic trees shade walking trails that lead to the popular Dallas Road waterfront overlooking Juan de Fuca Strait. Important Notes:

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.

The Belvedere has no storage area for bikes.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
