Constructed in 2013 and situated on the 10th floor of The Mondrian building, The Bohemian provides a delightful experience with a fully furnished kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, an in-suite washer and dryer, a 50” Smart TV with apps such as Netflix and Prime, high-speed internet, and a balcony complete with a BBQ grill and fire pit!
The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed with black-out curtains, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination. The den includes a home office with electric adjustable standing desk and printer for those looking to work remotely. The apartment has a portable air conditioner, for those warm days and nights. Building amenities encompass secure underground parking and bicycle storage.
Located just a few minutes from the bustling Victoria downtown core, The Mondrian is nestled in an area brimming with Victoria's popular entertainment venues. Essential facilities are easily accessible by foot, bike, or public transportation. GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay, with a parking fob for the parking garage and an access fob for the lobby and elevator.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: There are two bike rooms but space is on a first come first served basis. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
