Located in downtown Victoria, this 14th floor executive sub-penthouse condo is located in the well reputed Juliet Building. It is designer decorated with all of the amenities you want. Please note that this lovely suite is not suitable for children.
The suite features a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a Double in the smaller second bedroom. Watch all channels on two large screen HDTVs. The kitchen is a chef's delight with top of the line appliances, both large and small. Enjoy both ocean and mountain views from the 12 foot floor to ceiling windows, or the warm summer breezes from your private 450 square foot wrap around balcony.
Approximately 850 Sq. ft.
Fine dining, casual coffee shops, urban bistros, galleries, gourmet grocers and world class boutiques are all within walking distance. Moments away, immerse yourself in the spectacular beauty of the ocean, beaches, parks and trails that make the West Coast one of the world’s great destinations.
Local managers personally meet you and walk you through the property to show you how everything works and will help you with all of your planning needs and offer concierge services as well.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.
There is a bike rack at the back of the parking stall that can hold 2 bikes. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let our Representative know you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.
Another option is renting bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
