Welcome to Corazon City Suite, a bright and beautifully furnished 10th-floor condo located in The Corazon, one of downtown Victoria’s most central and walkable residential buildings. This inviting suite offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and city living, with views toward the harbour, Strait, Olympic Peninsula, Sooke Hills, city skyline, and surrounding downtown architecture.

The suite is approximately 696 sq. ft. and has been thoughtfully set up for a comfortable extended stay. The living area features a cozy electric fireplace, a smart TV, and access to a private deck where guests can enjoy fresh air and the vibrant downtown outlook. The suite also includes a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances which include a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave/convection oven, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

The condo offers two queen sleeping areas, including a convenient Murphy bed, along with one full bathroom with tub and shower. The bedrooms include blackout blinds for added comfort, and the suite also provides in-suite laundry, making it especially suitable for longer stays.

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage. 

GARAGE HEIGHT: 9'2" (2.80 m)- Parkade height clearance of 2.8 metres.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Bicycle storage is available by way of a bike rack in the assigned parking stall.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet residential building with quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

ADDITIONALLY, please take note of the following:
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
  • Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
  • No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
