Wow, what a fantastic property! Truly a home away from home. Located less than a block from Beacon Hill Park and only a short walk to picturesque Cook Street Village, this traditional home marries old world charm with modern convenience.
Upstairs, you will find a large master bedroom with full ensuite and built in cabinetry. The room has a skylight and comes equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Just down the hall is a bonus room that has a trundle bed which can easily be converted to a king-sized bed. The bonus room can also be used as an office.
On the main floor, the kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and offers all the amenities any traveller would need to host a small group of friends. The galley kitchen is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom and a queen sized bed. The kitchen also opens up into the large dining room with seating for six and leading to the living area. NOTE: It should be noted that the fireplace in the living area has been decommissioned and is not operational.
Off the dining room, you can access the two tier deck and the fully fenced back yard. The garden is a truly tranquil place to hang out and relax after a day enjoying all Victoria has to offer.
In the basement, the house has a full sized washer and dryer with plenty of extra room for storage. Whether you are visiting for a day, a week, a month, or even a year, this is the perfect place to enjoy all the comforts of home in a tranquil, yet central location.
The house also has a one bedroom suite on the north side that is totally separate and has it's own dedicated entrance.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.
