Thoughtfully furnished with comfort and practicality in mind, this Studio/One Bedroom Suite includes a great technology package, with Shaw Premiere HDTV on a Smart TV with Netflix Access, a Local Telephone line and Wireless High Speed Internet.

Located on the 5th floor of the upscale Astoria building with a dedicated underground parking space, fully equipped gym, and games/meeting room with a large pool table. The Astoria manager lives on site and all entrances are secure, with video surveillance and controlled access to each floor.

Make yourself at home in the Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen with a Self-cleaning Oven, large Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker and a full-sized Refrigerator. All you need is on hand to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, plus many extras, with pre-stocked paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more.
A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard next to the Bathroom. Luxurious towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your soak in a deep tub or refreshing shower.

To save you time and money, the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, plastic wrap and foil, hand soaps, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, herbs and spices.
We look forward to greeting you on your arrival and will be on hand to provide the highest quality of service throughout your stay. We love what we do, and a big part of that is ensuring that you have the best “home away from home” experience ever. Everything that you need has been thought of; you need only bring your suitcase.

Important Notes:

Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of it’s parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our Representative if you are bringing bikes. 

You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

This is a neat little space in a very ideal location. We were able to walk to Parliament, the BC museum, and lots of little shops down by the water. The kitchen was stocked well, so we prepared most of our meals there. The bed was also very comfortable, and there is a pull down screen between that and the kitchen area to keep out light and noise. It was a wonderful experience for us, and I definitely recommend.

This is a cute little condo very close to the Fairmont Empress, which means it's walking distance to nearly everything. The building is very secure, but easy to use with key fobs. The trash sorting is excellent! Coming from California we are already splitting our compost, recycle, and garbage, but this takes it further and it's just so great to see. There is a washer and dryer in unit. There was a fair amount of noise from the street below, busses coming and going.

Real estate motto is Location, Location, Location... Well, this apartment has it!. Walking distance to everywhere and everything on the downtown area. Parking spot is a huge plus if you drive to Victoria. A little on the small size, but roomy enough even if you have large bags. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

We loved the studio unit. The location was perfect, the TV worked along with Netflicks, the bed and furniture were comfortable, and every item of cookware and dishware we needed was present. Perfect for our 3 day stay.....we will stay longer next time!

The perfect location! Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and shops. Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower - plus a nice deep tub to soak after a busy day in the city. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice perk. Were looking forward to returning for another visit!

Check in was easy
A wonderful place to hang our hats during our stay in Victoria. Comfortable and modern, walkable to the entire business district. It was lovely to have a dedicated parking space, and a missing can opener was replaced in a jif. Absolutely perfect for the two of us. Warm weather the week we were in town meant open windows. It was perfectly comfortable and the fan provided made it even nicer in the evening. There are buses that seem to start and end their route outside the building; they were noticeable but not too off putting. We would return and have no problem recommending Astoria Prime to friends. Beautiful experience! This apartment has all the amenities and is located literally five minutes walk from the inner harbour and its attractions. No need for a car as everything can be seen by foot.

Our host was Brenda and she was absolutely wonderful, prompt, and responsive. We felt very welcomed by her.
My wife and I spent three nights here for our anniversary visit to Victoria. The location was great. It is easily walkable to all of the major sights around downtown and the Inner Harbour. Keep in mind that, due to that centrality, it is right next to a transit layover location so you may hear the buses coming and going if your windows are open to let the breeze in. But otherwise we found it clean, cozy, with a comfortable bed and sofas, and also with good amenities when we just wanted stay in for a couple of hours. We would gladly stay again.

The place is above expectations. Very clean, location, and above all close to everything. Checking was smooth. Everything were explained and wifi was available right away. Will recommend other guests to stay at Victorias place.


PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres 23 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.  

NO PETS allowed.

There is a small bike rack at this parking spot for holding 1 or 2 bikes.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Minimum 3 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 8% PST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January and February.
