I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! This listing was wonderful and just as advertised. As a solo traveler I had all the space I needed. However, it would be ideal for additional travelers as in addition to the master bedroom there is a small room that doubles as a study and extra bedroom with a pullout bed. The kitchen had everything I needed. Beyond the property itself, it is an easy walk to the Inner Harbour and downtown. It is also easy to get to attractions within and outside of Victoria. I highly recommend this property!!!!

Contact person was Kelsie on check in day she was in constant contact with me to coordinate check in she explained garbage and recycling procedures she explained the easy access to Humboldt St by way of parking garage this outside access very easy rather than using outside stairs

This place is only a few minutes from the Inner Harbor, Government Street, and other downtown locations. A great place to stay if you want to explore Victoria on foot. Check-in was quick and easy. The property itself was clean, well appointed, and very quiet despite the proximity to downtown. I would certainly consider staying here again.

This is a great location within easy walking distance of many great downtown attractions & amenities. The unit is very nicely decorated, well equipped, and clean. Friendly, efficient, very helpful staff make checkin and checkout easy and pleasant. Facing north and west, this unit gets afternoon sun, but generous windows create a great cross-breeze and it stays pleasant even on very hot days. We loved this place a lot and were very happy to stay there.

Wonderful stay at this heart of Victoria condo. Pro: Neat, clean, and well stocked with all the requirements to keep the condo clean and tidy. Plenty of space for the two of us and then some. Very secure coming and going. Con: Difficult finding the garage entrance. Parking space for this condo is somewhat difficult to get into but it's doable. Bathroom could use a taller commode (seems to be child-sized) and a safety bar for getting in and out of the tub.

The apartment is modern, well designed and easily accommodates four adults. It is so central to downtown, harbour and Chinatown. Very nice personal touches with being greeted by Karen at checkin and Brenda at checkout. If you plan on hiring bicycles BC cycles is 2 minutes walk away and if you need a rental vehicle car rental is also 2 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby and dont miss Benjis Trivia Quiz Wednesday nights at Northern Quarter on Douglas Street.

Nice property within walking distance to downtown and harbour. We stayed here from June 1st to 5th. Everything was exactly as described. We were accommodated for a late check in and a late check out. (Our mistake as I mixed up the departure date). I would recommend this place and would book back here in a minute.

Thank you for providing such a lovely abode for our visit to Victoria. The night view of the city, the convenience to downtown/harbour sights and the homey touches made this condo perfect for the time we spent here. Our favourite spots were Pour, for morning coffee, Pagliaccis for lunch (but really crowded for dinner), and Chocolat Favoris, for dipped ice cream. This is such a walkable city. The first day we walked 13.5 miles around the harbour. We were tired but it was beautiful. We enjoyed Butchart Gardens, the BC Museum and Craigdarroch Castle. Again, thanks for a great place to stay. Hope to come back soon.

We had such a wonderful time in Victoria! One of the highlights was the "Taste of Victoria" bike tour with The Pedaler. So fun! We also enjoyed the Big Bus Hop on and Hop Off tour, had amazing pizza at Prima Strada and wonderful food and live music at Pagliacci's. What a beautiful city, filled with friendly, kind people. We can't wait to come back!

We recently spent almost 3 weeks staying in the Sunny Astoria. The entire Victoria Prime experience starting with contacting Liz & Maureen, choosing the perfect condo for our stay, meeting our concierge Karen and our time spent at the condo was excellent. Loved being in Victoria, amid the cherry blossoms, daffodils and lush greenery in March instead of the snow that awaits our return to the east. Sunny Astoria is bright and inviting, well situated, well stocked and lovely to come "home" to each day. Thanks to Karen for hosting us. We'll be back!

Victoria and Sunny Astoria were all we could have hoped for. We left California in 100 degree heat and found wonderful relief. The weather was just great. We cooked some meals in our little kitchen and we ate out at some wonderful restaurants. We loved the Oaks Restaurant in Oak Bay and the legislative dining room at the Parliament Building. It is a hidden gem. We got day passes for four days and took the bus (we left the car in the garage). We were able to take in the views on the way to Butchart Gardens and Sidney-only $10 for both of us round trip. No parking fees or directions to worry about since we didn't really know where we were going. We'll be back next year. Many thanks to Yvonne for all her help and to Bruce for fixing a couple of things right away, same day service. Yvonne really sets the tone for the stay with her check in meeting. It would not have been the same without her.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. I came for a work conference at the Victoria Conference Centre and it was just a 5 min walk away. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The room was comfortable and the office space a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for a work trip.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time starts at  4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

There is a large bike rack at this parking spot that holds two or three bikes.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Minimum 3 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 8% PST and 5% GST.
FULL MONTH rental for January and February.
