Important Notes:

There is a possibility of storage of two bikes in the bike storage room but is subject to availability.  Please check with our Representative before bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Location was excellent for walking access to downtown and what it offers. View...well just amazing. All amenities were included in the unit with backup extras, if needed. We were out of dishwasher soap but the managers who lived in the building were instantaneous with their response. Great spot! You will love it.

Property had amazing views, very well equipped with all amenities including a barbecue on the wraparound deck. Sunset to die for and modern appliances. People had left some cooking items, coffee filters, etc. Which made our 3 night stay easy rather than doing a heavy duty shopping trip.

Our hosts was very welcoming and helpful. They kept in touch via email and text prior to arrival and personally greeted us when we arrived. Lawrence shared some details about the building and the apartment i.e. TV. He also took the time to tell us a bit of history about Victoria and shared a bit of local knowledge of the restaurants and sites of interest. Made us feel like visiting friends.
Our experience was perfect. Clean, comfortable and stylish apartment with all the kitchen aids you would need to prepare any meal or desert. Location was great. A convenient walk to the heart of the city, nearby eateries, a nice neighborhood market and of course Starbucks too. Security was another good attribute. We felt very safe and secure with the controlled entry to our building and parking garage.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Victoria that has the best views, location, distance from so many things to do then look no further. We stayed here for 5 nights over the May long weekend and it was a breeze right from the start. The reservation request was answered within a short time and booked with ease. The follow up emails for final payment, email from Dani (the hostess extraordinaire) with instructions etc. were all seamless. The day we were to arrive we received a text from Dani letting us know we could check in early which was awesome. She is an extremely bright, funny and friendly host and she makes you feel like you've known her forever! Thanks for everything Dani! :) As amazing as the pictures are; the views from this condo will take your breath away every waking minute. Mountains, inner harbor, outer harbor, cruise ship terminal, ocean that goes on forever all have the ultimate wow factor! There is nothing lacking in this condo and it would be so easy to close the doors, relax and never leave. The gourmet kitchen has absolutely everything you could want or need. Both bedrooms are a good size with very comfortable beds, great sized and stocked bathrooms as well as in suite laundry definitely make this feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be any better: steps away from a great market on Yates, literally a 5 minute drive across the bridge to Save On Foods, short drive to a mall, within walking distance of China Town, down town Victoria, the inner harbor, Parliament Building, the museum, so many restaurants - you will not need to use your vehicle for many things once you have parked which is what we prefer. The Juliet is definitely going to be our go to place to stay any time we are in Victoria and I highly recommend you make it yours also!

Dani set the upbeat tone to our stay. She was so nice, informative and welcoming. She shared her local knowledge of the best places to visit, see, eat and shop to ensuring we had everything we needed.She was always available if needed without being intrusive, a very fun person.
What an amazing find! This is a definite "do over". Right from the start this has been an incredible stay. The accommodation is breathtaking, clean bright, centrally located, and then there is the "view". It is so nice to relax here that sometimes it was hard to want to go out. Even went out on the wrap around balcony and shouted out, "penthouse living is the best!" Already planning when we can come back. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us.

The view was fantastic, excellent location, it was clean, modern and could not have been stocked any better for those of us who like to cook. Dani, our concierge, couldnt have been more helpful.
Amazing 3 days. This condo is beautiful and perfectly located, within walking distance of terrific restaurants and the harbor but not on a crowded tourist path. 14th floor had amazing views with a wrap around balcony on two sides with direct view of the harbor and also across to the Olympic range. Very secure building and underground parking. Traveled with another couple and we had ample room. Just cant say enough about this rental. Note it does not have A/C but closing the blinds when we were out during the day and leaving windows open at night was sufficient during this unseasonably hot week in August.

This location is out of this world if youre looking for a centrally located-walk everywhere location. There were three amazing breakfast places within a few blocks, an exceptionally well stocked grocery store a couple of blocks away and a liquor store right on the next corner. The kitchen is as well stocked as mine at home which made dining in a breeze. The only negative thing I could say-and its an easy fix, is the furniture in the living and dining rooms were pastel coloured- so there was no hiding the evidence of a few years of guests on the fabric. But honestly, great place-pleasant concierge, perfect location. NOTE: New furniture is on the way!


The layout of this unit makes it practically two ensuites. The second bathroom is but a step away from the bedroom and located at opposite end of condo from the master.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84").
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192").  
MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96").

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

Bike storage must be arranged with the building manager through the concierge.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January and February.
