The master bedroom offers a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows with views, large spa like bathroom with walk in shower, finished with rich tile work and high end fixtures.  The second bedroom accommodates a queen size bed, large closet, and floor to ceiling windows.  The second bathroom doesn't disappoint.  Both bedrooms now have black out blinds.

Every room has floor to ceiling windows, bathing the suite in natural light. Enjoy the mountain views and Swan Lake Nature Reserve from the large dining room which accommodates 6 or enjoy a glass of wine on the 129 sq ft balcony while barbecuing.  

The kitchen is the heart of the home, a place to entertain, share a meal with family and friends, and in this open concept floor plan you'll will enjoy cooking and conversation. No details have been overlooked, from unique and plentiful cupboard space and drawers to designer fixtures.  

Uptown Trails offers new sumptuous furniture, grey plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms and smart TV's. Your cable package includes music channels, but don't leave home without your favourite CD's, there's a radio/combo CD player in the suite. For added comfort there is an AC unit in the living room that cools the bedroom as well.

Uptown Place is West Coast architecture that sits on beautifully landscaped property.  The location is easy access to the nature walk around Swan Lake, or bring your bike and take a ride or walk the renowned Galloping Goose Trail.  The building has bike storage.

The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk to Uptown Mall, where you'll find Whole Foods, Banking, Restaurants, Boutiques and
Walmart. A 15 minute bus ride, or 10 minute drive, takes you into downtown Victoria. There is quick access to Pat Bay Highway heading to the Ferry, airport, Butchard gardens and the charming town of Sidney!  The condo is simply beautiful and the location is perfect for those who wish to be away from the hubbub of downtown but still close enough to access everything.  We also recognize that with all these amenities in such close proximity, traffic noise can be an issue for those seeking the serenity of a more rural setting. Please be aware that this condo is located next to roads and buildings that can produce a certain amount of noise.

Thanks Dani getting the suite ready, everything in very good conditions.

The suite is spacious, very clean. All the amenities look new. The TV and amusement equipment is fantastic. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The first day we came into the suite late and very tired to go out for food. We found there was spaghetti in the kitchen, and needed ourselves with it. The location is very convenient. It's about 10 min walk to uptown, where we can find Walmar, wholefood, H&M, best buy, etc. There is a bus stop in 2 min walk. Several routes can take us to downtown easily. Dani told me there was a fire station near the suite. But it didn't bother us too much. We seldom heard any sirens during the weeks we stayed there. We had a wonderful stay in this suite. I highly recommend it to visitors to Vancouver Island.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84").
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192").  
MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96").

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

ONE PET allowed. Please confirm with office before booking. 

Bike storage must be arranged with our building Representative.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

MINIMUM of 30 NIGHT RENTAL. No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
