At the end of a busy day exploring the sights, shopping in our unique boutiques, and enjoying the best restaurants, come home, put your feet up, melt into the Eames chair, placed deliberately in front of the floor to ceiling curved windows, and enjoy a birds eye view of  the urban experience.  If barbequeing is your thing, you'll find two gas barbecues on the rooftop deck which has 360 degree views of the city and beyond. Have a glass of wine and watch the incredible sunsets with the seaplanes taking off and landing in our harbour.  The West Coast feel also extends into the bedrooms, one with a distinctive headboard and the other with a four poster bed.  Nestle into the comfortable queen sized beds and be prepared for another day in Victoria.

This suite was perfect for our weekend in Victoria. The place is exactly as described and was clean and welcoming. Check in and out was a breeze and we appreciated the flexible check in process. The neighborhood is very lively and you are steps away from loads of bars, restaurants, and the wharf area. Thanks for the local recommendations too! Great hosts.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84").
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192").  
MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96").

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees.   

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

Bike storage - by building - NEVER a bike indoors.  Please DO NOT assume that your bike(s) will be accommodated.
Bike Storage for up to Two Bikes may be accommodated and must be arranged beforehand.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Minimum 3 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January and February.
