Elegantly furnished with comfort and practicality in mind, this spacious One Bedroom Suite includes a well-appointed office, Local Telephone and Wireless High Speed Internet.  A parking space come with your rental as well.  This suite has a Queen pullout in the living room for that extra sleeping space.
Located on the 14th floor of the upscale Astoria building with a dedicated underground parking space, fully equipped gym, and games/meeting room with a large pool table. The Astoria manager lives on site and all entrances are secure, with video surveillance and controlled access to each floor.

Make yourself at home in the Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen with a Self-cleaning Oven, large Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker and a full-sized Refrigerator. All you need is on hand to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, plus many extras, with pre-stocked paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more.
A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard next to the Bathroom. Luxurious towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your soak in a deep tub or refreshing shower.

To save you time and money, the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, plastic wrap and foil, hand soaps, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.

Important Notes:

Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of it’s parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our Representative if you are bringing bikes. 

You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is for convenience, style, and comfort. It's within walking distance of all the downtown shops and waterfront restaurants, just a block away from the airport shuttles, and the local bus stop is right outside the front door. I was smug about being in this beautiful apartment with a view while my colleagues were trapped in an expensive, boring hotel room.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

Bike rack at parking spot holds up to 2 bikes.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Minimum of 30 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January and February.
