You will love this spacious 1042 square foot air-conditioned 2 bedroom (both queen), 2-bathoom luxury light-filled home with its sweeping views, exquisite design, new furnishings and an un-beatable location.  The L shaped, 137 sq ft balcony allows views that extend from Mount Baker and beyond in the east, around to the harbour and the big yachts in the west.  Minutes away from the Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel, this unit, designed with breathtaking views in mind, is the prime spot for your high-end urban vacation rental stay in Victoria. The floor-to ceiling windows emphasize the beauty of Downtown Victoria, which includes the Inner Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the BC Legislature, The Empress and the city itself.

The sofa in the living room pulls out, accommodating up to 6 people or allowing for some separate sleeping spaces. As with all of our properties, parking and wifi are included.  Another great feature is the black out curtains that are in each of the bedrooms.

The condo is finely appointed, and includes feature options like a European Schiffini Emporium collection kitchen, granite countertops, high ceilings, large balcony, air conditioning, and an electric fireplace.

Amenities in the building include a fitness centre, as well as a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

With the introduction of a 100-foot cascading waterfall originating at the top of this 18-storey building, the Falls added a unique public art feature to Victoria’s downtown core when it was completed in 2009. In addition to the building’s architectural achievements, the Falls has also become one of Victoria’s leading luxury condo locations.

The two towers of the Falls occupy the east side of Douglas Street between Courtney Street and Burdett Avenue. Below the residences sits 13,000 square feet of commercial space, which includes an HSBC Bank and Brown’s Socialhouse restaurant. And thanks to the building’s central location, residents of the Falls are literally only a few steps away from an assortment of boutique shops, fine restaurants, and vibrant nightlife spots.  We like to inform our guests that being in the heart of it all, you should expect some city noises.  We sometimes have people who want to be in the middle of it all, yet want it to be countryside quiet.

Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  Unfortunately this building has no availability in the bike room.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

We had such a great time at Salish Sights! The Condo was exactly as described and viewed in photos. Lots of space and the balcony view was fabulous. It's situated right in the heart of Victoria and within walking distance of the harbour, museums and parks. I would return here again and would highly recommend to anyone- families, girls weekend or just a couple looking to getaway.

This is a terrific spot with all the amenities, attractive ambiance and superb location to make it entirely worthwhile. Close to the inner harbour, restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. Great location for walking everywhere, or if you have a car as we did, secure underground parking garage. Comfortable, lovely light and panoramic view. Enjoyed watching the birds fly right by our windows as were quite high up. Highly recommend.

Salish Sights is an extraordinary Place to stay! Thank you for the wonderful home to stay in while we visited Victoria! The home was beautifully furnished and decorated. In addition, the kitchen was very well equipped. The views were simply incomparable. Just walking in and looking at the view made us so happy to be there! The location is superb, with easy walks to so many places to eat, shop and visit! The home was also well maintained and clean, which is a joy to us, since we are rarely happy with the cleanliness of rentals. Finally Lawrence and Victoria Prime did a wonderful job of helping with the reservations, greeting us, introducing us to this home, and responding to our needs during our stay. Lawrence is as exceptional as this home. All of these things, combined with secure access and parking make this the best home away from home we have enjoyed in many years. Thank you for a few superb nights in Victoria. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Wow! As vacation rental owners ourselves we are so impressed with the thought put into this condo. The furnishings are top notch, the amenities leave nothing to be desired. We had a lovely time here, the condo is so well located to walk and explore downtown Victoria, the beaches, the nightlife and too many restaurants and coffee places to attempt to try them all. One stand out for us, Frankie's Modern Diner, just a block up from the Empress. Great food and desserts to die for! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Salish Sights! Oh my, how could I forget to mention the most incredible views of the mountains, the Strait and Mount Baker, Washington. Just incredible to absorb inside and comfortably out as well. Love your place, will certainly recommend to our friends!

We come from Japan and have a great time at the Falls. I come here for kid's school so I need to cook every day for kids. I satisfied with great kitchen, with great bath and washing machine. And kindly care for Mr. Lawrence McDonald. Arigato!

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 3 metres (30 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

No bike storage in this building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings, ie: meeting rooms and gym/pool area.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

The Pool operates on a seasonal basis and is generally open from Victoria Day long weekend to Labour Day long weekend (approximately 3rd weekend of May to 1st weekend of September).  It may be open longer in September but is totally weather dependent.  The hot tub is open year round.

Minimum 3 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 8% PST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January and February.
