This tastefully furnished, upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a bright, sunny corner unit on the 15th floor of the popular Astoria building, with two decks boasting panoramic views of the ocean and Olympic Mountains. It is in the best downtown location; one block from the Inner Harbor, the Empress Hotel and Conference Center, Beacon Hill Park and many other attractions (see below and the map). Enjoy relaxing on the deck and watching the sunset over the ocean.

It is a secure building with safe, underground parking and bike storage included that avoids the hassle of limited parking in the downtown core. There is a communal gym and entertainment room with a TV and pool table for everyone's use.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and a large walk through closets that lead into a 4 piece en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and huge windows.The condo is approximately 900 sq ft.

Car rental is across the street. Local transit buses stop outside the entrance to the building. Kayak and bike rentals, the tourist information center, whale watching, movie theaters, many great restaurants and shops, IMax, the Royal BC Museum, Parliament buildings, and the Royal & McPherson Theater are within a safe, 5 minute walk away.

Make yourself at home in the Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen with a Self-cleaning Oven, large Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker and a full-sized Refrigerator. All you need is on hand to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, plus many extras, with pre-stocked paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more.
A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard next to the Bathroom.  Towels, soaps, shampoo and body wash are provided for your soak in a deep tub or refreshing shower.

To save you time and money, start up quantities of the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, plastic wrap and foil, hand soaps, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.

We love what we do, and a big part of that is ensuring that you have the best “home away from home” experience ever. Everything that you need has been thought of; you need only bring your suitcase.

Important Notes:

Each Astoria unit has a bike rack at the back of it’s parking spot, with room for two or three bikes. Your own cable and lock are required. Please advise our Representative if you are bringing bikes. 

You may also rent bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

We have stayed at the Astoria 6 times and it is never disappointing . The location is perfect and the building is really well maintained. The condo called Astoria Skyline is awesome. Douglas came to greet us when we arrived. Great service. Thank you.
Hopefully we can return next year Visitors will really enjoy their stay the Astoria Skyline, the views are wonderful and change everyday and the bed is very comfortable. The condo has all the amenities you would need. We were in walking distance to all the attractions and services in downtown Victoria.

Easy check-in -- a rental representative meets you at the garage/front door of the condo building and shows you everything you need to know.
It's simple. A great location with a great 15th floor view of the harbor area and across the strait to the Olympic Mountains. Clean, completely furnished, comfortable beds and living area and kitchen, and one parking space easily reached by elevator in the condo building basement. Highly recommended.

Translated from Italian: The apartment is located in an elegant and secure condominium, in a nice area convenient for visiting the city. Very comfortable garage, nice view of the city and the illuminated Parliament in the evening. The master room is comfortable and spacious with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom is small and warm (there is no air conditioning). Little darkening both day and night. Overall pleasant stay.

A smart, clean, modern apartment in a great location in Victoria. On the 15th floor, it gave us terrific views. The harbour and restaurants were within 10 minutes walk. There was a really useful folder containing tips on local restaurants and amenities. The apartment came with an allocated secure parking space which was great for the rental car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in Victoria. The apartment was well equipped and immaculately presented. The view across Parliament House to the waterfront was really special. The inner city location allowed us to walk everywhere, but there was some noise at night. Regardless of this - what a brilliant place to stay.

This property was exactly as described. Yvonne was happily waiting for us when we arrived for check in, even though we were delayed by customs for 40 mins. We took a sea plane into Victoria and the two block walk to this complex was simple. It's right in the middle of everything and walking to just about everything is possible. There is a rental car place just around the corner if you're looking to get out of town for the day too. The views are spectacular and there were no disappointments. It was just the two of us, but the condo has two nicely arranged rooms, two bathrooms and two patios also. We loved our stay an would definitely go back.

This apartment is everything you expect and more. Facilities are excellent, furniture is clean and comfortable and the views are stunning. Plus it's a very short walk to downtown and the bay front so you can be in the thick of it in no time. Our delightful host greeted us in and came to see us off. PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Minimum 3 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January and February.
