This concrete and Steel building features a rooftop Zen garden which completes the unique elegance of this complex and allows residents a space to enjoy the city's spectacular ocean, and mountain views. The rooftop also features two commercial grade BBQ's complete with a refrigerator to keep your food or beverages cold while you cook.

Fine dining, casual coffee shops, urban bistros, galleries, gourmet grocers and world class boutiques are all within walking distance. Moments away, immerse yourself in the spectacular beauty of the ocean, beaches, parks and trails that make the West Coast one of the world’s great destinations. Local managers personally meet you and walk you through the property to show you how everything works and will help you with all of your planning needs.

There is a possibility of storage of two bikes in the bike storage room but is subject to availability.  Please check with our Representative before bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Due to Municipal and Provincial regulations we require full month rentals for certain months to be able to comply with these changes. Please contact Victoria Prime with any questions or to discuss your specific needs.

The location was great - walking distance to everything. Dani was most helpful at check-in. The reason that four stars were given was that the unit has no air conditioning and it was quite warm at night. We opened the windows but then it was quite noisy with all the street noise. Otherwise, stay was great and felt very secure.

We highly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect and the accommodations made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is very nicely furnished and well stocked with items you would need (and many items we did not need). If security is a concern for you, this place is very secure with fobs needed to get everywhere. The underground parking is a very nice feature, as is the roof top terrace with 360 degree views of the city.

We had the most wonderful time and couldn't wish for a better place to call home for 6 glorious weeks. We loved the location, close to all the bus routes and to all the highlights of downtown Victoria. It was on a busier street so beware of downtown traffic noise. We actually loved the activity and quite missed it when we returned to our Ontario small town home. The condo was spotless on our arrival with luxurious linens on the most comfortable beds.

We were there for the Victoria marathon and Dani let us both check in early and check out late because there were no reservations before or after ours, which was wonderful of her. Dani also left us a little goodie bag which included Epsom salts for after the run! Pre-trip communication was excellent and she met us both at check in and check out :)

Excellent location, perfect size for 4 people. Place was clean and beds are very comfortable. Only 1 minor complaint : the street noise was audible in one of the bedrooms on Saturday night. This is the only reason for not having a 5 star rating.

Our stay at the Juliet was fantastic. Fortunately, the weather was cool otherwise we would have baked without A/C. With the windows open, the street noise was pretty loud, but nothing we couldn't deal with. The location is perfect! Walking distance to many different restaurants, the water front, the museum and the parliament building.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here in this bright, airy 9th floor apartment. The location was referred to somewhere as, "downtown, downtown" and that it is!! We walked everywhere - and I mean everywhere - sometimes multiple times a day. Close to delicious restaurants, the downtown harbor, great shopping, a market for groceries and really everything we needed. Comfortable beds and fantastic amenities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Apartment 901 is light, bright and pleasing to the eye. First impression was of the expansive views. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We spent the weekend here when the sun lavished us with it's warmth. This meant opening the windows to let the cool breeze in. Unfortunately this meant city noises travelling up into the apartment. The early morning and late night sounds took some getting used to. The rooftop was an added delight. We were pleased with our choice. Getting everywhere was a breeze. It lived up to our expectations.

We have been very pleased with our suite 901-the design, the furnishings and how it was outfitted. The suite is well located for those who want a central urban place, close to all the amenities and attractions that Victoria has to offer. The unfortunate part is if you aren't used to the sounds of an urban setting it takes getting used to.

We arrived at 760 Johnson St and were met by our concierge Dani. She showed us our parking and gave us our security keys. First impression of our condo-absolutely lovely, beautiful view and furnished lovely. Halfway through our stay, we are thoroughly enjoying our condo. The location is perfect for us. Close to everything, easy access when we drive. But most important for us, we walk to everything we enjoy doing. Very secure. We are leaving soon and want to say thank you for the use of this lovely condo. We have enjoyed our time here and would rent downtown again in this city.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84").
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192").  
MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96").

CHECK IN time starts at 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11:00 am.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees.   

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

Bike storage - by building - NEVER a bike indoors.  Please DO NOT assume that your bike(s) will be accommodated.
Bike Storage for up to Two Bikes may be accommodated and must be arranged beforehand.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Minimum 3 night rental.
No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 8% PST and 5% GST.
FULL CALENDAR MONTH rental for January, February and March.
