Description

We invite you to stay in what is becoming the new hot spot for Victoria.  Victoria is a collection of villages and the village at Dockside Green is one of the most charming.  A large wrap around balcony surrounding the main living area provides beautiful blue water views and stunning city of Victoria architecture views, and the night lights are simply to die for.  This condo is a very calming and peaceful place.  Located just across the gorge from the hubbub of busy downtown life, you will experience the best of all worlds. The fun and vibrant activity of the downtown core by day, and the more quiet relaxing atmosphere by night.
You can enjoy the walking trail along the waterfront just outside the  condo which takes you into downtown, only a 10 min walk.
 
This contemporary condo is very bright with all the windows  designed to take advantage of views and natural sunlight.  The King Size master bedroom is an ensuite with beautiful finishings in the bathroom that includes a stall shower and separate tub.
The second bedroom is at the other side of the unit, providing the distance between bedrooms that many are seeking.  The second bathroom is on that side of the condo as well with a deep soaker tub shower combo.

The kitchen is my favorite part, with the huge island as a grand showcase complete with an eye catching suspended shelving system. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops sparkle against the dark rich wood cabinets.  It is well equipped with everything you need, probably more.  If you find something you need is missing, all you have to do is call and we'll bring it right over.

High speed Wifi internet, Netflix Access, In Suite Laundry, and a  BBQ as well as a secure underground Private Parking space are included.

The suite is across the street from a shopping centre with all the amenities such as coffee shops, bank, spa, Save on Foods grocery, restaurants and much more.  

Dockside Green in Victoria has recently been named one of the top 10 examples of sustainable architecture and green design solutions that protect and enhance the environment from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and its Committee on the Environment. The development earned the highest ever LEED Platinum rating for its first phase, Synergy – breaking a world record for the number of points awarded.

Important Notes:

There is no bike storage for this building.  We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week. There is a bike rental place in the building. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. 

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Property
Our month long stay was wonderful in every aspect. We loved walking out the door onto the Galloping Goose trail. The condo was bright, cheery, roomy and very clean. The lights on the new Johnson Street bridge and city brightened the evenings. Also unit was very quiet at night. Victoria Prime staff are friendly and quick to respond to any requests. We definitely would rent this unit again in the future.

Notes

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 7 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

SELECT DOGS considered.  Please inquire  at Victoria Prime office.

No Bike Storage at this Building.  There is a bike rental company in the building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.
