Welcome to Victoria Westcoast Waterfront! This charming 1300 sq ft. suite provides breathtaking waterfront views of the Gorge Waters, overlooking the beautiful Gorge Waterway Park!

Although it is part of a primary residence, the suite features its own entrance, ensuring complete privacy for guests during their stay. As it is part of a primary residence, the suite allows for minimum 30-day stays.

Relax in the elegant living area, equipped with stylish decor and an electric fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, all while enjoying the stunning views of the Gorge Waters.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of essentials, making it easy to prepare delicious meals!

Dine at the counter-height table that seats four, ideal for entertaining friends or enjoying a quiet meal amidst the lovely surroundings.

The main bedroom features a King-sized bed, a sofa, and an electric fireplace for added ambiance. The second bedroom also includes a King-sized bed and a sofa, while the third offers a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds for extra comfort. The bathroom has a convenient shower/tub combination.

Included amenities are an in-suite washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a cable TV package, and dedicated parking!

Important Notes:

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: This suite is part of a primary residence but has its own entrance and guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay.

PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent and a dedicated parking spot is provided on the premises.

BICYCLE STORAGE: This accommodation provides locked bicycle storage. Please inquire about bicycle storage if you intend to bring bicycles.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 7am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

Additionally, please take note of the following:
•    Pets are permitted on request.
•    No parties allowed.
•    No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.

BUSINESS LICENSE: No Business License Number: this property is located in Esquimalt and the Township of Esquimalt does not issue business licenses for short term rentals.
