A perfect home away location across from Fisherman’s Wharf! Built in 1911, this sunny home with western exposure in the afternoon, is newly renovated with 1500 sq ft of updated living space.
A spacious foyer offers entrance to the home and into the hallway, providing access to a lovely living and dining area. The living area has a large flat screen smart TV which comes with an excellent cable package and is equipped with apps such as Netflix for access to your own Netflix account. The living space is complemented with a study den and which can be closed off by two French doors, ideal for those seeking to work from home!
The contemporary, spacious and fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece. The kitchen also provides access to a back porch to catch the sunrise!
The main bathroom is located on the ground floor and off the kitchen. This three piece bathroom consists of a clawfoot bath.
The stairs in the hallway lead to the two upstairs spacious bedrooms which are split by the second bathroom. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds. The second three piece bathroom comes with a shower. Both bedrooms offer great views, one of Fisherman's Wharf and the other of the top of the Legislature, which is especially good at night.
The home is stocked with a start-up supply of everything you need to enjoy your stay, from bathroom amenities to laundry soap. For those staying with us for a longer period of time, you will likely need to replenish what you require.
There is no on-site parking for a vehicle. The guest is referred to residential street parking. There is a parking spot in front of the home which is usually available for use.
The home comes with bike storage and you are welcome to bring along your bicycles. We ask if you can please let us know if you are bringing bikes.

This unique marine destination offers food kiosks, unique shops and eco-tour adventures amongst fishing vessels, pleasure boats with live-aboard residents, float homes, and commercial businesses. The wharf is a great destination for those seeking fresh fish or seafood.
The upstairs front bedroom offers a view towards Fisherman's Wharf. There is a lovely park right across the street with a large grassed area as well as meandering paths to walk. Also across the street is the Fisherman's Wharf community herb garden that is worth checking out.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 8 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.
