Welcome to this centrally located, contemporary 953 square feet 3rd floor condo in the 24 unit building named Thetis Edge. A rare find as this suite comes with two underground parking spots! The condo offers an open concept spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodation with south west views of Robin Hill and is characterized by very large windows with skylights in the ensuite bathroom and kitchen as well as a good sized balcony. This accommodation is a very short walk to Thetis Lake Regional Park with accessible beach and an extensive hiking walking trail system. Paddle board rentals are available in the building adjacent to the building where the accommodation is located.

Also within walking distance is the Galloping Goose Trail and E&N multi-use trail systems with the Colwood Royal Golf Club is a short drive away. And just a walk down the street will find you the Six Mile Pub, the oldest pub in BC.

Shopping is very close too - Superstore, Costco, and other big box stores are less than a 10 minute drive away. Or hop onto the highway for a less than 30 minutes’ drive into Downtown Victoria!

Please be aware that this condo is located next to roads and buildings that can produce a certain amount of noise.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.

Bicycle storage is available with entrance to the bicycle storage room at the back of the parkade. However, bicycle parking is on a first come, first served basis with no guarantee that there will be space to park your bicycle. Please discuss your bicycle storage requirements at the time of booking.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'5" (1.96 m). If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
