This two bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautifully furnished garden suite boasts a 1300 square foot patio and garden area with plenty of light flowing through the large windows and patio doors.

This beautifully furnished suite features a custom designed kitchen with stone counter top, kitchen island and quality stainless appliances with brands such as Fisher & Paykel. The fully equipped kitchen comes with many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece.

The living room has a flat screen smart TV. The TV comes with an excellent cable package and is equipped with apps such as Netflix for access to your own Netflix account.

The master bedroom features a king bed with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet.

If you want to enjoy all Victoria has to offer from the lap of luxury we can't wait to host you in this wonderful suite.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 8 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'9" (2.05m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

The Heywood Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to our reservation office before booking, to discuss.  An alternative is to rent bicycles while you are here. Many of the bicycle rental companies in Victoria will allow them to be stored at their premises at the end of each day, even if you rent for a week or longer.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
