You will love this central location which provides excellent walking access to so many of the amenities and attractions in downtown Victoria and around the Inner Harbour. A fantastic grocery market, parks, theatres, coffee shops, and restaurants are all just steps from the building. It is ideal for both the business and vacation traveler.

A well furnished living room, a comfortable queen bedroom ensuite and living room with foldout sofa bed will allow you to relax in comfort and style while enjoying the Victoria's skyline through the floor to ceiling windows on the 11th floor for optimum views. Read a book, surf the net, or watch HDTV while you recharge in comfort and style.

You will find an open-plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Many of the extras you need are pre-stocked, such as paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more. If you need it, and it isn’t there, just ask and we’ll bring it to you.

Everything that you need has been thought of, you need only bring your suitcase. A Fully Equipped Kitchen, Quality Towels and Linens, a Complete Queen Bedroom set, two Flat Screen HD Smart TVs with Cable, Local Phone, High Speed Internet connection and in suite washer and dryer are among the amenities that will make you feel right at home.

Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

The condo was perfect. Clean, neat, well equipped, very convenient, close to local attractions. Check in and out were easy and the free parking was a good bonus. We would recommend Shine (right across the street) for breakfast. Great coffee and pastries at Fol Epi ( one block away). Nourish was amazing for dinner (20 min walk). The Drake was awesome for beer ( a couple blocks, seemed like the local hangout). Thanks for the use of your great condo, we really enjoyed our time in Victoria.

The check-in process was a breeze; clear communication with the concierge Dani (who is absolutely a joy), and everything was as pictured/expected. The place was spotless on arrival, THE BEST bed/sheets Ive slept in at an Airbnb, and the location is unbeatable. Victoria is generally a walk-able city, but the condo was a 5-10 minute walk to all the best restaurants, shops, and the water. Would highly recommend if youre looking for a quick cozy getaway, or even a long-term stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Victoria and being able to stay in this lovely apartment was what made Victoria so extra special. The location is absolutely fabulous and it was so easy to get around and see everything we wanted to see. It was especially wonderful to come home at the end of a busy and tiring day to such a wonderfully appointed accommodation. It was a perfect way to end our three week visit to the west. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was a great location and clean and comfortable. It was noisy but that cant be helped when staying downtown. Our concierge Dani was wonderful. Nice to know we could contact her if any problems. I think the only thing that was missing would be a kurig coffee machine. After a long day of travel would be nice to wake up to a coffee with fresh cream in the fridge. I have stayed at places that have this available and it is a wonderful touch! Also the internet was a problem at the unit we were staying at. It didnt always work, when having to do work from a laptop it was a problem. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends. I do plan on coming in the summer for a wedding so I would like to take advantage of this offer code. NOTE: Please contact us if there are any problems. We try to rectify them as soon as possible. Occasionally owners are open to adding items to their condo. We can take any reasonable request to them.

What a truly wonderful week we had as we celebrated our 20th anniversary. And what better place than Victoria, our second home as we enjoy returning every year. What a wonderful location in downtown Victoria, walking distance to pretty much everything! The condo is perfectly equipped and had everything we needed to feel at home. Dani, who met us at the gate when we arrived, is amazing. She is very friendly, gave us a tour of all of the buildings amenities, had lots of recommendations on what to do nearby, and also made sure our stay was great when we checked out. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying here at the Juliet. It was a perfect location for visiting downtown. Our favourite breakfast was a tie between Johns Place on Pandora and Jam Cafe on Herald St. Fantastic Italian food at both Il Terrazzo and Cafe Brio on Fort St. Victoria Prime is a great management company and we already have our trip for summer 2018 booked with them.

Had a great stay! Enjoyed several nearby tapas restaurants. Each was different and good in a variety of ways. The room was well appointed. It was easy to get to the wonderful Yates Market and then we had the opportunity to make meals here too with the stove and microwave, etc. Time passed too quickly.

The apartment had everything we needed, except a cake pan. The location is near all the areas we wanted access to. Quite noisy in the early morning but I guess that is downtown. Dani is really helpful and nice. Thanks for everything. We had a great time.

I have stayed in multiple Airbnb places, but perhaps this one impressed me the most. It feels like a well thought out and designed space with higher end everything. Starting with your glassware, going into bedding, TVs, pictures, etc. Everything was top quality and so was our stay.

The apartment exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. Throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Of note; superior building safety, classy artwork and furniture, high quality amenities and household appliances come to mind. The one and only suggestion would be to offer a suction shower/ tub wall grab bar and/ or a shower chair for the elderly. I dont think its necessary to have on site, but maybe offer it. My mother is 87 and did have some difficulty getting in/ out of the shower/ tub. (However, I loved the deep tub! :) Our sincere appreciation for the efficient and truly kind assistance from Dani. We loved her! Thank you for sharing your incredibly lovely space with us! We will be back!

Had a wonderful week. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and parks. The condo was so well equipped and a lovely place to hang out and relax during our very busy week. The Market on Yates was handy. We enjoyed some fabulous meals at nearby restaurants. We particularly enjoyed eating at 10 Acres for dinner. Shine for breakfast, and seafood chowder at Barbs at Fishermans Wharf.

Thank you so much for contributing to our stay in beautiful Victoria. We came from Calgary and have enjoyed every moment. The comfort and convenience of staying here has been wonderful. Dani and Lawrence have been fantastic - accessible, friendly, well informed and most importantly welcoming upon our arrival. We recommend "Red Fish, Blue Fish", for sure. Dani said it was a must visit and she wasnt kidding! You must have the chowder - best ever! A regular stop on each Victoria visit is "Blue Fox Cafe" Fort Street, best brunch in town - you will find yourself in line for a bit, but it is well worth the wait.

She showed us around our Suite Dream rental and the beautiful upstairs rooftop with fantastic views that cant be missed. We took many of her recommendations for restaurants and activities and was never disappointed. When going to Butchart Gardens the bus stop was right around the corner from the Juliet with a beautiful bus ride out there. The Juliet location is perfect for walking to stores, restaurants and the Inner Harbour. Victoria is such a beautiful and charming city. Thank you Victoria Prime you made everything so easy from booking, keeping us always informed, up to connecting with Dani, our wonderful concierge. Our stay at Suite Dreams really was a dream come true. We highly recommend to all and will return.

What a great stay! Victoria is a fabulous pedestrian friendly city! The flowers and gardens everywhere really topped the cake. Dani was a fabulous concierge with many excellent suggestions. This was our first visit to Victoria and we were definitely impressed with this condo and Danis warm welcome. We will definitely recommend and if we have the opportunity to come back, we will stay here. The cleanliness, the amenities and the ideal location made our stay a very relaxing and enjoyable one. Victoria is a beautiful city with very friendly people and the city is exceptionally clean. We hope to return in the near future.


PRICING is based on occupancy of 2.  EXTRA PERSON FEE of $10 a night will be applied if relevant.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84").
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192").  
MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96").

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 30 feet of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

Bike storage must be arranged with the building manager through the concierge.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
FULL MONTH rental for January and February.
