Weve been here for a full week and enjoyed all of the great amenities in the area. We parked the car and walked everywhere! We recommend that you do the same to really enjoy Victoria. Walk the David Foster Trail, Fort Street (antique shops) Cook Street Village and visit Craigdarroch Castle. Grocery shop at the Market on Yates. We recommend the bakery counter. Explore the alley ways and hidden shops in China Town. Drive to Sooke, a beautiful shoreline community. Irish Times pub, the Bard and Banker (thanks Lawrence). We loved our stay and hope to be back. What a great location!.

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Sights. From the booking process to meet and greet with Lawrence it was a great experience. The condo is in a perfect location for doing all your sightseeing. It is a very clean and modern unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. It does get a little bright during the morning. Darker shades would help. Having our own parking space was fantastic. Thanks to Lawrence for making our entry into Victoria seem less. We highly recommend this condo and Victoria Prime.

What a glorious week! We were here on a Momma/daughter trip and we had the best week! There is so much to do here with kids and everything is within walking distance! The weather was fantastic and the condo is amazing. Very clean and the location cant be beat. I didnt use the kitchen much but it looked to be well stocked. An absolute fabulous week in a fabulous city. Daughter: It was awesome! I love it! I want to come back.

The booking/payment process was seamless. Accurate description and photos of the property were provided. Our concierge Lawrence, met us at the prearranged time and was most helpful in terms of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The condo was spotless and very well appointed in terms of finishings and kitchen items. The location was perfect for us, as first time visitors to Victoria. The free underground parking was really convenient. My only complaint was that there ought to be black-out blinds in the unit. It was very light at all hours in the unit because of the ambient light akin to the downtown location of the building. This made it a little difficult for sleeping and viewing the TV in the living room. Overall, a really great unit and a really great team at Victoria Prime. NOTE: Thank you for your feedback. We will pass the information on to the owner and see if they would like to add black out blinds to the condo.

Wow, cant get better than this. Victoria Prime was easy to work with, everything completed via email! Lots of contact info with the concierges, we worked with Lawrence who was super helpful. We stayed 7 nights and honestly would have loved to stay longer. Full kitchen everything you need! Bathroom is perfect. All amenities in the suite were great. We loved the furnishings, nice and simple yet very elegant and comfy. Thanks so much - we will be back again! The suite is exactly how pictured. It is on the 6th floor and you overlook the Double Tree Hilton and the Empress Hotel. The convention Centre (in the Empress) is a quick 5 minute walk. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching life go by.

Visiting from Regina for 10 days. What a great, modern condo in a perfect location. Easy to access everything. Our favourite morning walk was to enjoy coffee on the Breakwater at Ogden Point. Douglas Street walk was also a highlight. Dont forget to enjoy some ice cream. Lawrence was a fantastic host and provided us with everything we needed to know while visiting Victoria. Very comforting feeling in an unfamiliar area. The BEST!

What an incredible find! Perfect location! Both beautiful and comfortable, furniture and bed suite are gorgeous and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Spotlessly clean. I could go on and on... We were met by Lawrence who made us feel so welcomed and had us so organized with places to see and restaurants, including all his favourite places. Felt like family. We couldnt have asked for a better place or concierge. Highly recommend.

Way better than hotel living . Comfortable, clean, well-appointed condo in perfect location for sightseeing, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Underground, secure parking is a huge benefit is you have ever tried to find a parking space in downtown Victoria or paid premium parking prices at hotels. In this condo you have more living space and a full kitchen for less money than a hotel room of similar quality. Plus, the Victoria Prime concierge service provides a seamless entry to Victoria as well as to the condo.

Comfortable and well equipped condo at a central location for all your needs in Victoria. Within walking distance of the coach station which was handy. Comes with a parking space if you need it. Easy access to most of the touristy things to do including breakfast at the Empress Hotel (if you can afford it). Perfect for a couple as it is a one bedroom condo but very comfortable.

Notes

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 3 metres (30 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

No Bike Storage in this Building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings, ie: meeting rooms and gym/pool area.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

The Pool operates on a seasonal basis and is generally open from Victoria Day long weekend to Labour Day long weekend (approximately 3rd weekend of May to 1st weekend of September).  It may be open longer in September but is totally weather dependent.  The hot tub is open year round.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 5% GST and 8% PST.
FULL MONTH rentals for January and February.
