Our trip to Victoria was the best and most memorable we have had in Canada.. We had wonderful experiences... all tourist related.... most memorable the Butchart Gardens. Our most favourable experience with booking our home away from home has been with Victoria Prime. Extremely professional, what you see on the website is what you receive. Beautifully furnished upscale condo in prime location, no need for rental car & parking hassles!! This was everything we hoped for - the pictures do not show the quality throughout this condo! We used hop-on/hop-off trolley to explore every where Bob, our driver, was very knowledgeable & we rode the entire route first then used it to see other areas of interest. Dont miss: Tea at The Empress (& grounds); exploring Chinatown (Venus Sophia does a nice tea); the Inner harbour area with the Parliament, lit at night; Craigdarroch Castle; & the Butchart Gardens, the afternoon Tea is more like a light lunch.

Well IF you want to cook in Victoria, every small appliance imaginable is supplied! Wonderful restaurants, shopping, site-seeing and fun is right at your door step. Loved the security for our car! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was excellent clean modern and very well appointed. The check-in and checkout was seamless and really focused on ensuring it was easy to do. We had a real good stay at this condo. The suite and the building are very clean and secure. The kitchen is well equipped , great gas stove. Nice big bathroom. Good comfortable bed. Great location, central to all things downtown and the waterfront. Concierge Lawrence was very helpful in getting us checked in and oriented. One small criticism: there is some traffic noise from the street.

This apartment was fantastic. It is in a perfect location, especially for attending a conference at the center directly across the street. Easy walk from the ferry, easy walk to restaurants, shops, lovely wine shop just about a block away... The apartment is outfitted very comfortably, and it is very modern with big windows and lots of light, just as the pictures show. The building has a gym, and it is also a quick jog down to the extensive waterfront running/walking path. Lawrence maintained excellent communication and checking in and out was easy.

Beautiful day to wake up to. Nice hot shower and off to see the whales. Condo is in the perfect location-walking to the wharf area. Who needs a car! Our stay at your property was amazing. Weve been here for a full week and enjoyed all of the great amenities in the area. We parked the car and walked everywhere! We recommend that you do the same to really enjoy Victoria. Walk the David Foster Trail, Fort Street (antique shops) Cook Street Village and visit Craigdarroch Castle. Grocery shop at the Market on Yates. We recommend the bakery counter. Explore the alley ways and hidden shops in China Town. Drive to Sooke, a beautiful shoreline community. Irish Times pub, the Bard and Banker (thanks Lawrence). We loved our stay and hope to be back. What a great location!.

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Sights. From the booking process to meet and greet with Lawrence it was a great experience. The condo is in a perfect location for doing all your sightseeing. It is a very clean and modern unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. It does get a little bright during the morning. Darker shades would help. Having our own parking space was fantastic. Thanks to Lawrence for making our entry into Victoria seem less. We highly recommend this condo and Victoria Prime.

Wow! What an amazing place. Super functional condo for a family of four. Sunset every night, downtown shopping and restaurants, parks, cycling and harbour walkways just around the corner. It was a total escape for us, just what we needed. Thanks for a great time in Victoria.

Notes

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 3 metres (30 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

No Bike Storage in this Building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings, ie: meeting rooms and gym/pool area.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

The Pool operates on a seasonal basis and is generally open from Victoria Day long weekend to Labour Day long weekend (approximately 3rd weekend of May to 1st weekend of September).  It may be open longer in September but is totally weather dependent.  The hot tub is open year round.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal, 5% GST and 8% PST.
FULL MONTH rentals for January and February.
