We invite you to stay in what is becoming the new hot spot for Victoria.  Victoria is a collection of villages and the village at Dockside Green is one of the most charming.  The water on one side, green space on the other, this condo is a very calming and peaceful place.  Located just across from the hubbub of busy downtown life, you will experience the best of all worlds. The fun and vibrant activity of the downtown core by day, and the more quiet relaxing atmosphere by night.
You can enjoy the walking trail along the waterfront just outside the condo which takes you into downtown, only a 10 min walk.
 
This contemporary condo is very bright with all the windows designed to take advantage of views and natural sunlight.  The master bedroom is an ensuite to a double bathroom, meaning that the bathrooms are side by side with a sliding door between them.  Each has a sink and toilet and one having a stall shower and the other a tub, satisfying all of your bathing needs.
The second bedroom is just across the hall from the other bathroom entrance and has a second TV.  There is nice separation of the bedrooms, each being on opposite ends of the condo.
The kitchen is wonderful equipped with everything you need, probably more.  If you find something you need is missing, all you have to do is call and we'll bring it right over.

High speed Wifi internet, Netflix Access, In Suite Laundry, a BBQ as well as a secure underground Private Parking space are included.
The suite is across the street from a shopping centre with all the amenities such as coffee shops, bank, spa, Save on Foods grocery, restaurants and much more.  

Dockside Green in Victoria has recently been named one of the top 10 examples of sustainable architecture and green design solutions that protect and enhance the environment from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and its Committee on the Environment. Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

We enjoyed our stay in Victoria. Arden welcomed us to this beautiful condo. Loved that it is close to downtown - walking distance to Fishermans Wharf, and if youre to tired to walk back take the water taxi back! All attractions are a short drive away. Loved the grocery store, a short walk. Also enjoyed Beacon Hill Park and Willows Beach. Also visited Butchard Gardens, the Bug Zoo, and Miniature World with the grandchildren. Thank you.

Fabulous rental! Bruce met us at the condo, and provided a very good orientation. The condo was very clean, bright, comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, and so quiet. We barely knew there were other tenants in the building. We loved the location, and really appreciated being so close to a shopping centre with a good grocery store and several restaurants (we really enjoyed the pizza). It was an easy walk to downtown, a trek we did almost every day. Our entire experience, from first inquiry about renting to turning over the keys to Bruce at the end of our stay, could not have been better. We would love to stay here again. Excellent location! Easily walkable to downtown, but also quiet. A five minute walk to a major grocery store. A 15 minute drive to major local and provincial parks. Right on the Galloping Goose Trail. The place was very clean and comfy. One bed is very soft and the other firm. All cooking and cleaning basics are included, which is really nice, and when we were missing a few things staff from Victoria Prime fixed it the next day. The gym in the building was also nice and pretty quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 7 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 3 metres (30 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

No Bike Storage for this building.  Trek Bicycle Store Victoria is a bike rental company and is located in the building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

Weekly rentals to the end of September 2017.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.  No taxes on 30+ night rentals.
Minimum of 30 night rental October 1 on.
FULL MONTH rental for January and February.
