Description

This condo is a one of a kind designer furnished and gorgeously finished One Bedroom + Office/Den condo located on the 14th floor of the popular Astoria building in the heart of The Inner Harbour.

If you are looking for a Spacious One Bedroom Plus Den/Office, then this is the place for you. This is not a studio style suite. This is a roomy 760 sq ft wonderfully furnished apartment with all of the comforts of home.

The open floor plan for the kitchen, living, and dining area is separated from the office/den by a French door, providing the privacy and quiet you may desire while working, reading, or relaxing.

The bedroom and the balcony offer more separate spaces. So, unlike the many crowded one bedroom condos on the market, this lovely spot boasts so much more. To top it all off, don’t forget that this unit is on the 14th floor with views from every room, including the office/den.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Many of the extras you need are pre-stocked, such as paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more. It you need it, and it isn’t there, just ask and we’ll bring it to you. That is the kind of service you can count on for the duration of your stay with us. We love what we do, and a big part of that is ensuring that you have the best “home away from home” experience ever.

Water, Mountain and City Views from every room make this a very special place to be. Just off of the Living Room is a spacious and private balcony with a bistro table for two, just perfect for taking in the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Views that lie just beyond the water.

Though Parking is Provided with your rental, you will find that you will not need a car very often since you are footsteps away from Restaurants, Cafes, Parks, and all types of entertainment.

Everything that you need has been thought of; you need only bring your suitcase. A Fully Equipped Kitchen, Quality Towels and Linens, a Complete Queen Bedroom set, a Flat Screen HDTV with Cable, Local Phone, High Speed Internet connection at the most beautiful Desk, are among the amenities that will make you feel right at home.

The building amenities include a game room with a pool table, and a fitness room.

This is truly the place for the most discriminating, as the art and fine furnishings throughout will thrill your senses.

Property managers, Liz and Bruce will take care of your every need. All you have to do is ask.

Getting Around is Easy and Convenient. Walk 5 minutes to most of Victoria`s world-famous attractions:

Victoria Clipper to Seattle, MV Coho to Port Angeles, and Sea Plane services to Seattle and Vancouver are all located in The Inner Harbour.

Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Please see NOTES for more specifics related to this property.

We were very impressed with the condo; very clean, lovely decor, great views from its many windows and balcony. The location couldnt have been better. We were able to easily walk to most Victoria attractions. Having an underground parking spot was a bonus when we rented a car for a few days to tour some of the island. Victoria is so beautiful. So many different shrubs and flowers. A most enjoyable holiday.

Victoria is a stunningly beautiful city! Being from the flat Prairies, we sure enjoyed all the views, especially along Dallas Road. The location of the condo was perfect! We walked to most everything, more than once. Condo had great views, we loved being up so high, it was impressively clean and the decor was lovely. Very handy to have a washer and dryer, and the underground parking a bonus. The Market on Yates had lots of food options so we didnt need to eat out every day. We were lucky to see a pod of Orca Whales while on Ogden Point breakwater. Butchart Gardens is world class awesome; treat your inner child to a ride on the Rose Carousel (I felt like I was 6 again instead of 60!). Lunch in the dining room of the Parliament Buildings was lovely. Bin 4 has terrific burgers (they even have double creme brie cheese as a topping). Always something new to see while walking around the Inner Harbour. Loved our stay in your beautiful city!

We enjoyed our stay in Victoria and this beautiful condo. We met up with family staying at the Falls building close by - another great condo. Our days were filled with visits to the harbour, Beacon Hill Park, Craigdarroch Castle, Moss Bay Cook Street Village, James Bay, Market Square and Chinatown. We did a lot of walking and enjoyed the exercise - great walking city! Favourite places were Red Fish Blue Fish, Noodle Box (great carry out Thai), 10 Acres, Pagliaccis and Market on Yates (great baked goods). The condo was clean, had everything we needed and wonderful views. We were particularly impressed with the recycling process - we hardly had any trash. A special thank you to Sharon who gave us useful tips and information. Couldnt ask for a better concierge. We love vacationing in Victoria and have always been pleased with Victoria Prime.

Loved our stay in Victoria and this lovely apartment! Must do "The Blue Fox" for breakfast, "Prima Strada" for pizza, "Canoe Brew Pub" for great atmosphere and food, the "Dutch Bakery" for amazing treats. Walk down Cook Street to Dallas Road for scenic walks. Had a great little holiday! Thank you Sharon for the tips!

I came to beautiful Victoria to see if I could live here. I think the answer is YES! My weather was great, no humidity, YEAH! The condo was perfect. It did take me some time to get used to the traffic noise but the views made up for that. This city and area have so much to offer. Thanks for the memories.

Location location location. The Astoria in downtown Victoria could not be more conveniently located to the attractions and life of downtown Victoria. Modern clean and very well maintained - it surpassed the expectations of frequent travellers (my wife and I - 50 years young) Sharon did a great job meeting us and showing us all the ropes - a great on boarding experience. The secure free underground parking was a bonus. Apartment was roomy and bright with lots of windows. Must have been over 10 channels on the TV - fully updated. We are back again for 8 days in October - hard pressed to find a better apartment in this location. Thanks Liz and Sharon

This was the perfect condo in the perfect location! Thank you Victoria Prime and Sharon, for making the process so easy and for all the recommendations (plus those from previous guests). Bubbys Restaurant was definitely our favourite eatery. For a good local pub experience, go to the Penny Farthing in Oak Bay (we took public transpo), friendly patrons & staff plus good food too!

We Stayed in this Condo at the beginning of June. This was a wonderful place to set out from and come home to after a busy day sightseeing. The location is fabulous you can walk anywhere. Closer than we thought it would be to the inner harbor. It was beautifully decorated, Had everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. It was a very warm unit but great cross flow breeze when you opened the window. The secure undercover parking is a real bonus if you have a car. Prompt, friendly replys to our inquiries before and after we booked. We were met on arrival and given a comprehensive tour of the building and shown how everything worked in the Condo. Also given suggestions on where to buy groceries and recommendations on restaurants and activities. We have never been given this degree of service anywhere else in the world. We really appreciated it. Thank you. If there were to be a negative it would be the noise from the buses below with the

This property was great and exactly what I was looking for. Within walking distance of so much, I left the car parked. The check in went without a hitch and I had everything I needed. Having the full kitchen was great. I had brought along a couple of bags of groceries and totally relaxed. The building and suite were lovely and clean. Everything worked perfectly. The bed comfy and conducive to great sleeps! I booked myself for a therapeutic massage at the Magnolia. Like any registered massage therapist, they are eligible for extended health plans. It was the best massage I have had. Ever. No doubt this was a perfect place for me in downtown Victoria. So much more than just a plain hotel room. Thanks!

Thank you Liz and Bruce! This suite is beautiful! We felt like we were at home and it was so hard to leave. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere. My husband lived in Victoria for the last 13 years but moved to Calgary when we got married. We came for our 1 year wedding anniversary. (We got married in Victoria). It was perfect because we were in walking distance of St. Annes where we got married and Beacon Hill Park where we had our pictures done. We were able to visit with our friends, do a few tourist things, but most of all just enjoy and relax. Our Favourites: (1 veteran and 1 tourist opinion) Breakfast: Blue Fox Cafe Dinner: Pagliaccis Milkshake: Double Chocolate at Dog Gone It Fish and Chips: Red Fish Blue Fish If you have a car, drive to Sidney, its beautiful, and on the way stop at "The Centre of the Universe" Observatory, great views!!
