A Regency Pillow-top Simmons Beauty Rest Queen Mattress, Hypoallergenic Queen Pillows, and Top-quality Bedding will ensure your sleeping comfort.
Located on the 5th floor of the upscale Astoria building with a dedicated underground parking space, fully equipped gym, and games/meeting room with a large pool table. The Astoria manager lives on site and all entrances are secure, with video surveillance and controlled access to each floor.

Make yourself at home in the Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen with a Self-cleaning Oven, large Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker and a full-sized Refrigerator. All you need is on hand to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, plus many extras, with pre-stocked paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more.
A Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in a separate cupboard next to the Bathroom. Luxurious towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your soak in a deep tub or refreshing shower.

To save you time and money, the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, plastic wrap and foil, hand soaps, shampoo and body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper.

We love what we do, and a big part of that is ensuring that you have the best “home away from home” experience ever. Everything that you need has been thought of; you need only bring your suitcase.

Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.
Most of the condos we manage in the Astoria have a bike rack at the back of the parking spot, but not all.  

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

We had a wonderful time in Victoria. This condo fit our need beautifully - it is located in a great spot, it is well equipped and vey clean, and the building is well cared for. On our arrival Sharons welcome was much appreciated with many suggestions which we utilized. We spent four days in Victoria, and had a lovely time! Sharon, our concierge, was excellent at recommending restaurants for us! We enjoyed Fishhook, Murchies, 10 Acres, Commons (wonderful oysters). We also rented mopeds for a quick trip around the city - highly recommend this. Be sure to visit Christ Church Cathedral (gorgeous). Thank you Victoria Prime for making our trip enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Astoria. It is a great location...so close to the Inner Harbour and all major downtown attractions. This is the perfect spot for tourists or in our case, someone needing to be close to the Victoria Conference Centre. You will not find a better apartment for a cheaper price downtown. We appreciated the free parking space and the security of the building. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the suite was more than adequate. I would recommend the Astoria to anyone needing a place to stay in downtown Victoria for a weekend or more. My only reservations are due to the street noise from the buses. For that reason, I will attempt to book an apartment facing the other side (towards Humboldt) on a floor higher up.

Somes places we enjoyed: Pink Bicycle, Be Love (went twice), Mole (best breakfast ever) Dog Gone It (Veggie Dogs) Nourish, Shine Cafe. The water taxi and Cook Street Village, great. Cant wait to come back to this beautiful place!

Just want to thank Victoria Prime Services for such a lovely stay. It was so nice to arrive to a beautiful clean condo with all the needs we needed while staying in Victoria. The best part was that my cousin who I was connecting with lived in the same condo building which made our stay so easy. Our favorite part is we didnt need a car to go anywhere, being right down town was great. Went whale watching, saw two, fed the seals at the wharf and went for a loving walk through Beacon Hill park. Will definitely be back. Victoria is beautiful and so was our condo. Thanks for a lovely stay. I like the fact that no maid service was in or out everyday and the building is very safe. Sharon was an amazing person. Also she makes the guests feel more than welcome. Highly recommend your service. Thanks again for a great stay

This condo was perfectly situated in the Downtown area. Just a few minutes walk will take you to just about anywhere you would want to go. Sharon met us bang on time and gave us a very useful explanation of interesting places to visit and restaurants that might be of interest. The condo has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay in Victoria. Highly recommended, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Victoria. This year we were fortunate enough to stay in two rentals from Victoria Prime, both The Getaway and The Artistry". Both units are awesome-definitely a home away from home. Victoria Primes clean staff are most amazing! The apartment was clean, cozy, very well stocked with everything one might need in the kitchen. Our concierge Sharon is a very considerate and knowledgeable person. In fact all of the staff at Victoria Prime are to be commended. We have personally met Liz, Bruce, Maureen, Sharon and Lawrence. Victoria Prime is definitely the BEST! We are coming back, in fact we have already put a deposit on Southern Sights for our next Victoria vacation. Great condo, had everything for a great vacation except for maybe a pen for writing comments in the book. LOL. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the city which was great for us. The food guide was great. We would add one to the Chinese food - Wah Lai Yuen at 560 Fisgard Street. Excellent pork buns and BBQ pork - casual lunch stuff very good. We took advantage of the happy hours at the Canoe, Swanns and Barts. The local whale watching was outstanding - Prince of Whales by the dock, not cheap but good value.

This condo has been amazing! We couldnt have asked for anything more. Great location, so easy to walk to everything! Victoria is a lovely city, you will love it here. We got engaged here!!! Check out: Butchart Gardens, Mount Douglas, Bear Mountain, Sidney, Cook Street Village, Oak Bay Marina (feed the seals), Murchies (we went there every morning), Red Fish Blue Fish, Steamship (great view). I feel very fortunate to have found this lovely condo and hope to stay again on my next visit to Victoria. Its hard to imagine a more peaceful haven to return to daily after a demanding conference near the Inner Harbour. I appreciate the spare and soothing aesthetic, the super comfy bed and all the supplies, best exemplified by the gigantic bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which remind me to remark on the cleanest of clean grout! Food/drink faves: -Red Fish Blue Fish - no lines on rainy days and you can sit under the giant umbrella and watch the sea planes land -No 48 - Non touristy, excellent service, tasty IPAs -10 Acres - green curry mussels!!!! - Vista 18 - for a drink and an amazing view Victoria Prime personnel are extremely helpful, from first inquiry by phone to farewell in person. This fabulous condo is a real jewel! The location is superb-within walking distance of everything downtown. Very clean, great kitchen and nice deck to relax on. Sharon the concierge was a wealth of knowledge and gave us many great tips about Victoria. The underground parking is very user friendly. Lots of room in the big comfy bedroom. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 5 days and were impressed by the location so near the Empress and downtown. Also by how well equipped and stocked the condo was. We were met by a friendly concierge who gave a thorough orientation to the building, but better, the neighborhood - stores, restaurants. She was available to us by phone during the entire stay if we had any questions or problems (we did not). We found this unit to have everything we needed to cook in, do laundry, relax- and it all worked perfectly. It is a great place to come back to at the end of a long day of sight seeing. The recliners are so comfortable! We would recommend this condo without reservation.

This condo was the perfect lodging in Victoria. Thank you for the thoughtful details and Sharons thorough orientation. This was my 4th time in Victoria and still found fun things to see/do. Take a water taxi from the Empress to Fishermans Wharf for dinner at Il Covo. Return with lighted Government house and full moon-lovely. Marinated chicken breasts and/or stuffed chicken breasts (goat cheese and chorizo in our case), bought at the Market on Yates/Quadra, made easy and delicious dinners at the condo. Boat ride at Butchart - way nice. We walked miles every day and loved getting to know Victoria. Oh - Cook Street Village: Fairbanks Books, the butcher and Bubbys. Thank you very much VP - great condo, location, amentities. A drink at the Bengal Lounge (Victoria martini-great) One ate with musician there. A splurge but worth it. Dont bother with CVS City tour on a bus.

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay for our honeymoon. We loved how secure the building is and how central to everything it is! Some highlights: FOOD: The Pink Bicycle, Coras Breakfast and Lunch, Fatburger, Yates St. Pub, Wild Coffee, Mirage Coffee. ACTIVITIES: Ghostly walks, Mayfair Shopping Centre, Royal BC Museum, Universal Tattoo! (we got our wedding date in roman numerals!) We really enjoyed our stay here at 510. Very convenient and central. We walked everywhere and went to many places Sharon had suggested. Loved the little balcony for happy hour. We ate lots of seafood at Red Fish Blue Fish and "all the finest seafood Store and Truck". Yummy! We will be back here sometime. It was our first "sisters" getaway in over 40 years.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 30 feet of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

There is a small bike rack at this parking spot that fits one or two bikes.  Cable and lock are required.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
FULL MONTH rental for January and February.
