If you are looking for a Spacious One Bedroom Plus Den with a Day Bed in it, then this is the place for you. This roomy 750 sq ft furnished apartment, with all of the comforts of home, will be a great choice for your stay in Victoria.

The open floor plan for the kitchen, living, and dining area is separated from the den by a French door, providing the privacy and quiet you may desire while working, reading, or relaxing.

The bedroom and the balcony offer more separate spaces. So, unlike the many crowded one bedroom condos on the market, this lovely spot boasts so much more. This unit is on the 12th floor with views from every room.
A fun personal touch is present as this place is owned by an artist who has placed replicas of her work in the unit and the original ones can be purchased and can go home with you as the ultimate holiday memento.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Many of the extras you need are pre-stocked, such as paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more. It you need it, and it isn’t there, just ask and we’ll bring it to you. That is the kind of service you can count on for the duration of your stay with us. We love what we do, and a big part of that is ensuring that you have the best “home away from home” experience ever.

Water, Mountain and City Views from every room make this a very special place to be. Just off of the Living Room is a spacious and private balcony with a bistro table for two, just perfect for taking in the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Views that lie just beyond the water.

Though Parking is Provided with your rental, you will find that you will not need a car very often since you are footsteps away from Restaurants, Cafes, Parks, and all types of entertainment.

Everything that you need has been thought of; you need only bring your suitcase. A Fully Equipped Kitchen, Quality Towels and Linens, a Complete Queen Bedroom set, a Large Flat Screen HDTV with a very nice cable package provided, Local Phone, and High Speed Wifi Internet connection are among the amenities that will make you feel right at home.

The building amenities include a game room with a pool table, and a fitness room.


Property managers, Liz and Bruce will take care of your every need. All you have to do is ask.

Transportation via all major transit services in, and around Victoria are also in the 5 minute or less walk range. These include services to: Butchart Gardens (great price for package deal), Victoria International Airport, B.C. Ferries and Washington State Ferries. Pacific Coach Lines is a great way to go to Vancouver for the day. Greater Victoria Transit bus service departs from just outside the building. Victoria Clipper to Seattle, MV Coho to Port Angeles, and Sea Plane services to Seattle and Vancouver are all located in The Inner Harbour.

Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.
This condo has no bike storage at this point.
We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

The location is excellent. You are within walking distance of so many attractions and greet dining. The unit was spotless and was exactly as advertised. The high temps in Victoria during our stay made the condo warm, but the fans helped cool things off for sleeping. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The apartment in Victoria is LARGE and well designed and equipped for a short or long stay. Bed is comfortable, closet and drawers plentiful, living room attractive and well appointed, cable TV offer lots of choices, and theres even an extra room. Plus the couch in the living room makes into an extra bed. Theres games for the kids, and books for the adults, and Yvonne, our assigned manager, who met with us and took the time to tell us about the neighbourhood, was thorough and delightful. Communication with Victoria Prime was always answered promptly. The apartment is close to the bus stop coming from the Vancouver to Victoria ferry dock. Its a leisurely 10 minute walk to the wharf in front of the Fairmont Empress, and nicest neighbourhood in Victoria, The parking was a bit cramped for a big SUV but otherwise, we would very highly recommend this place for your stay in Victoria.

Wonderful condo exactly as pictured and described. Easy to walk to all things downtown which is fabulous. Grocery stores are not walkable easily but only a short drive away. Condo can get warm but can keep blinds closed on sunny side and windows open and get a lovely breeze. There are fans available too. The condo was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 3. Really appreciated the well equipped kitchen as well as the fabulous beds (son comfortable!) and the linens were so great. Would stay again!

This is a very nice condo tower a couple of blocks from the waterfront, so great location. Good supply of dishes, silverware, equipment, etc. so would be easy to cook meals here if you were so inclined. Unit is on 12th floor, views were better than expected. Secured, underground parking, very secure building. Two things to consider - the condo doesnt have air conditioning so gets pretty warm unless windows are open. This does a great job of cooling things off (and a fan is provided as well), but it is quite noisy at street level so with windows open it can be distracting.

We were greeted in a very professional manner and on time exactly as agreed upon by Bruce. He really took the time to walk us to our parking spot in the underground garage. We walked the condo throughout with him and we were showed all details and more. There was no rush, he took the time to suggest visits, restaurants, etc. Condo was in mint condition, absolutely clean and well located. We really felt like home. Amenities were all as expected. We enjoyed the place and check out was simple and friendly with Sharon. She, too took the time to chat with no rush. Bruces Victoria Prime and his team made it delightful for us. Definately a spot we will recommend anytime in Victoria.

I had a wonderful stay at the Astoria. The apartment was clean and well organzied. The location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions. The BC transit is perfect for travelling a bit farther, like to Sidney and Butchart Gardens. I enjoyed both of those trips. Bruce was so kind and helpful both checking me in and seeing me off. Had I needed anything during my visit Im confident that he would have been glad to help. I definitely plan on visiting Victoria again and booking thru Victoria Prime.

There are only a few places where we have had a better stay. We absolutely loved the unit and its facilities/view etc, the great location and ease of exploring this great place. The check in was thorough and useful providing a good basis to try some lovely dining experiences, local knowledge! We found three nights a good time to explore what we wanted to do, whilst still leaving something for the next visit. Highly recommend unit and town.

Our stay was great! Sharon was a bit rushed as she had another appointment after us on Friday and our plane was delayed, which cut her available time, but she covered the essential parts of what we needed to know, we just didnt get a guided tour of all the amenities. But your book covers everything well, so we had no questions we couldnt find answers for. The condo was perfect for the three of us as advertised completely equipped there wasnt a thing we needed that we couldnt find. It was clean and comfortable and an excellent location, pretty much exactly halfway between the wedding ceremony venue and the reception venue and easy walking distance to each. Any time we didnt spend at the wedding or with family, we spent getting to know Victoria and that was pretty easy with the condo as our base. Everything downtown was within easy walking distance or only a short drive in our rental vehicle.

Sharon met us at the front door when we arrived--even though we were late getting to the apartment. She helpfully showed us the apartment, amenities in it, and how to dispose of trash, compost, and recyclables before she left. And she took time to show us a map of the city and recommend places to eat and drink and walk around. She also wrote the restaurant/food/drink section of the binder Victoria Prime provides with detailed information aabout everything you might want/need to know about Victoria. Super helpful. The apartment is super comfortable, very clean, has amazing windows, balcony, views and ideally located. We walked everywhere, and getting home was always quick when were anywhere in the downtown area.

This was a great spot. Perfect for walking everywhere downtown, Museum, Inner Harbour, shopping, etc. Appreciated the underground parking spot! We most certainly enjoyed the weeks stay in this unit. Victoria Prime is the absolute best!! We have rented from other management companies in the past and although we never had a really bad experience, now that we have rented from Victoria Prime, we are STUCK on them. Liz and Maureen have gone 110% out of their way to accommodate us this stay; as I had health issues and wasnt sure I could even make it here at one time. We have stayed in two units in this building. Both units are super clean, well furnished and we feel so very comfy here. Sharon is the concierge and she has been a wealth of knowledge; is understanding and committed. We love Victoria Prime. I have already recommended them to lots of people in Ontario where we live, as well as to some islanders here in Victoria. We are coming back Victoria Prime. Thanks ever so so much.

Enjoyed our stay. Leave your bedroom blinds open at night. Youl enjoy the moonlight and wake up to the sunrise. The living room sofa has two recliners - so comfy. Great space and Sharon is a wealth of info.

I have rented many vrbos over the years and, for sure, this was absolutely one of the best. Fantastic customer service from all (Liz, Maureen, Sharon). Friendly and wonderfully informative walk-thru with Sharon. Unit was perfect...modern, comfortable, spacious, immaculate. Centrally located. Could not have been better. Only one tiny improvement would be black out curtains in bedroom. Otherwise absolutely great. Would definitely come back. Wonderful people to deal with. NOTE: Thank you for your feedback. My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful, spacious apartment in June. It could not have been any better suited to our needs. Customer service was excellent. Lot of informative emails, and personal check-in by Sharon, who was helpful about apartment features and places to go and restaurants. We followed her advice and were happy! The furnishings are updated, comfortable and we had lots of space and storage. The kitchen is modern, with dishwasher and stainless appliances. Living room has a comfortable leather sofa with recliners. Extra twin bedroom also had a desk and was a comfortable lounging space right off the living room. There is a balcony with table and chairs. Views from the balcony and bedroom are city, ocean and mountains. What more is there? Bedroom comfortable and bathroom spotless and modern. Lots of towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, which we used. Very convenient. Soap is even provided. Wireless internet worked grea

PRICING is based on occupancy of 2.  EXTRA PERSON FEE of $10 a night will be applied if relevant.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees.

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 30 feet of all buildings  Fines are enforced.
