Important Notes:

Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple five nights. Enjoyed beautiful views, and a great location for exploring Victoria. The property is very secure with gated, covered parking. The condo is clean and modern with fully furnished kitchen. Bedrooms were a little small, but the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Dani was a delight to meet and so helpful with recommendations for us.

This vacation rental proved to be exactly as the photos promised and more. The view was indeed beautiful and there was so much natural light with the floor to ceiling windows. The condo was very spacious and open allowing for a wonderful view from every vantage point. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and was stocked with everything one could want to prepare a full course meal. Lawrence was very helpful when we moved in and Dani was equally pleasant upon our check-out. This is a property we would definitely book again in the future.

This was a perfect place to stay to experience Victoria. The condo was well equipped for enjoying a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The view was amazing and the location very convenient. Thanks Dani for restaurant and market suggestions. We walked to Beacon Hill Park with pretty views and resident peacocks then on to Fishermans Wharf for some delicious chowder. The walk back along the water was scenic. Restaurants were excellent-Rebar with many vegetarian offerings, Vista 18 for views and succulent oysters, Shine for its multitude of Eggs Benedict offerings and Red Fish Blue Fish for the best fries. Butchart Gardens was just a bus ride that is pretty in October. Thanks!

The photos are bang-on accurate ... this condo is as fabulous and comfortable as it looks. The ambience, however, has to be experienced! Amazing sunsets, everything at your doorstep and some of the friendliest people youll ever meet. The only problem with our stay is that we had to go home! A special thanks to Dani for the chats, info and exceptional customer service. Already planning a return!

Comfortable beds, nice furniture, all the kitchen stuff youll ever need, well located, and quiet and secure building. You can hear the traffic noise below and the annoying seagulls (only when windows or patio doors are open) but you do get used to it. Nice wrap around patio too. Victoria is a great little city, and this condo is a great place to explore from.

This place is great. We will definitely try to book again if we return to Victoria. Dani was wonderful to work with and took great care of us.Even after finding out that we booked one night short of what we needed. The kitchen is stocked with great appliances. Very upscale. Great location to everything. Fantastic views. I would suggest a good cleaning of the carpet and sofas, but other than that, the place was perfect. Without a/c, its next to impossible to be there during the day, but the evenings are quite comfortable. NOTE: Were happy to report that now that the crazy busy high season is over the carpet and sofas are back to being spic and span.

This is a wonderful place to stay, clean, very comfortable and centrally located. There is a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor and many restaurants within walking distance. The views from the wrap around balcony are fabulous! While we did not eat amy meals in the unit, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a dinner, including spices. The unit is a good size, and the owners were there to greet us, to give us restaurant suggestions and were very interested in making sure our stay in Victoria was memorable. This is a perfect place to stay. We will be back!

Very modern downtown apartment. Kitchen is so well equipped, Apple TV, comfy beds, beautiful sunsets on wrap around balcony. Only problem is no air conditioning which is only a problem on a hot day with little breeze. Parking a real convenience. Dani was very helpful at check-in. Would come back for sure!

First time in Victoria and we loved it! Highlights of our trip were: restaurants (such as Bodega tapas, Il Terrazzo, tea at the Empress and the Beach Restaurant out of town on the water), Butchart Gardens and the hop on hop off bus with Bob (Greyhound). Loved our condo at the Juliet. The sunsets were beautiful! Everything was perfect, except our first few days were very hot and no air conditioning and no breeze. Cant wait to return, thanks Dani and owner!

Thank you for a great stay at the Juliet condo. It was beautiful and perfect for a family of four. The views were stunning. Thank you Dani for the guest suggestions. We took the Hop On Hop Off bus and ate at the Irish Times Pub, great food, beer and cocktails. We also did the Whale Watching using BC Tours. We chose to go out on the Orca Zodiak boat. It was fast and bumpy, our teenage kids loved the boat ride, even more than the whales. Our only regret is that we didnt stay long enough. Next time will spend more time in Victoria.

Stunning Olympic and Inner Harbour Views from 450 sq ft Balcony. Loved it. Great view, close to restaurants and garden. Would stay there again. Very clean. My sisters and mom had a great time. Enjoyed my 65th birthday and my moms 90th. Would love to visit again.

The apartment is excellently located, true to its description, and very comfortable. Parking was easy to access and the building and apartment are well maintained. The apartment is well-located, has amazing views and perfect for two couples (2 bed/2 bath) for short stays. Longer stays would be more complicated as there is not really any storage in the bedroom (especially the 2nd bedroom) for clothing, suitcases, etc. The kitchen is very well-equipped and cooking some/all meals is no problem. This apartment is in a downtown urban location - great for walking to so many attractions and restaurants, and guests should be aware that you will hear street noise. Voices on the street late at night, sirens, cars, and construction during the weekdays - dont come expecting a quiet, rural retreat although we are city dwellers so the noise didnt bother us). There is no noise from other apartments in the building. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in on time; otherwise, we were treated in a professional and very friendly manner. One other thing, black out curtains on top of the blinds would be a very good addition.

Notes

The layout of this unit makes it practically two ensuites. The second bathroom is but a step away from the bedroom and located at opposite end of condo from the master.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84").
MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192").  
MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96").

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 3 metres (30 feet) of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

Bike storage must be arranged with the building manager through the concierge.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
FULL MONTH rental for January and February.
