Welcome to Belvedere Heights, a stunning top of the line furnished rental on the 15th floor of the Belvedere building.  It seems that new condos are getting smaller and smaller these days, but not this one.  A well done floor plan with 1400 sq ft gives you wonderful spaciousness and separation.  As it is partially owner occupied, it has more than the standard items you find in your normally well-equipped rental.   

The kitchen is designed with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (microwave, convection oven, glass stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).  These came with the property, and the small appliances will thrill those inclined to stay in and cook at home.

Every space has been thought out to maximize enjoyment and space.  There is a wonderful room just off of the kitchen and it has been designed so you can use it to fit your needs, as it has a super high quality queen murphy bed system built in with drawers and cabinets.  It also has a desk for those working from home or needing a little office time while on holiday.  One can put the murphy bed up to enjoy an open space and views toward Mount Baker on a clear day.

The Belvedere is a secure, executive-quality condominium in a suberb location. It's located 2 blocks from the Empress Hotel, the Inner Harbour and Beacon Hill Park, and steps to The Marriott Hotel, and walking distance to the Coho Ferry to Washington State and to the BC Pacific Coach Bus Terminal. From the condo you can readily enjoy Victoria's picturesque Inner Harbour known for its waterfront walks, flower beds and hanging baskets, water-taxis, sightseeing and whale-watching excursion boats, street performers, horse-drawn carriage rides, tour buses, the Robert Bateman gallery, the Royal BC Museum and IMAX theatre, historic Helmcken House, and the impressive lights of the beautiful BC Legislature at night. The lively waterfront is handy to many interesting shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The belvedere condo is gorgeous and roomy, with fantastic views of the harbour and city. We had great communication with the owners and the local management. Yvonne was super helpful. It was a really great Airbnb experience.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! It worked great for our party of 6 which included one person on a small scooter and 2 infants. The master bathroom was large enough to drive my moms scooter in & easily access the toilet & bathtub. If you are travelling with infants there is room in both rooms to easily fit a play pen for babies to sleep. The spare room works a bit better as the play pen fit perfectly in the closet where we could control the amount of light with the closet doors for daytime naps & early bedtimes. The master bedroom worked great as well but because there are only blinds and no curtains to block the light, bedtime could be tricky depending on how sensitive your kid is to extra light (if baby is really little & less aware of its surroundings you could easily set up the play pen in the master bathroom). That being said there was lots of space in the condo for my mom to get around on her scooter & for us to park 2 strollers without them being in our way when

Amazing views of Harbor and city. Very quiet building. The condo was very well appointed, although we used very little of the kitchen equipment as most meals we ate out. Plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and plenty of seating for meals. Washer and dryer worked well and laundry soap provided; a plus. Beds were very comfortable. With windows open, city noise could be heard, but once windows closed, completely quiet. Fans provided, if needed. I would highly recommend this condo, not only for its amenities and comfort, but its location allowed us to walk everywhere. Great restaurants close by. The Empress just a short walk away.

We loved the condo at th Belvedere. It was well furnished and equipped, particularly the kitchen which had every bowl, plate, utensil, pot and pan needed to prepare and service meals. The building was conveniently located so we did not require a vehicle. The condo was sound proof as well. It was a very pleasant two weeks

We couldnt have found a better place to stay during our four days in Victoria. The booking logistics and follow up communications ensured a trouble free time at the condo. We were one of the two couples that shared the apartment and it was the perfect place to entertain the other two couples who came to dinner one evening. Steaks on the barbie and a great setting with a view...whats not to like! Several times during the four days one of us would just sit back and say, "What a great place to be staying" We would love to book again if returning to Victoria.

Our experience with Victoria Prime was very positive. The level of service provided was exceptional. Sharon was a great help in getting us settled in and her advice on the great Victoria food scene was key to our trip. We will definitely be back.

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 8 inches.
MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.   City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 30 feet of all buildings  Fines are enforced.

NO PETS allowed.

NO BIKE STORAGE in this building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  
There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.  We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ night rentals.
New strata bylaws dictate that as of August 1, 2017 all rentals are to be a minimum of 30 nights.
