The middle floor contains the beautiful light and bright main living space as an open concept with the kitchen and dining area.  A fireplace for cozy nights and views of the back garden will make you feel as comfortable as being in your own home.  Also on the middle floor is a den/library for TV watching or whatever suits you.  Here you will experience the front garden views and watch the neighbours walk by.  A powder room completes this floor.

The ground floor is a suite in and of itself and is of what I speak when I mention the versatility of this place.  This area is a separate suite when locked off from the rest of the house or can be another great area for children or perhaps extended family members.  It has everything to be 100% independent with its own kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and more.

Downtown Victoria BC is known the world over for its picturesque and unique beauty and staying around or near the Inner Harbour is the most desirable location to procure your accommodation needs. The house is so desirable because of the close proximity of many attractions. Also, the Victoria Tourism information centre is located near by, there is close proximity to some of the best restaurants Victoria BC has to offer. Most importantly, the shear beauty of the area and causeway is like no where else. The Accommodation was five stars out of 5 stars!! First-class service and the best house we ever stayed at!!..

PARKING is limited to street parking.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees. 

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. 

NO PETS allowed.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

VP cannot guarantee that all amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down and this is out of our control.   We will do or best to get things operational again as quickly as possible.

No tax as all rentals must be a minimum of 30 nights.
FULL MONTH rental for January and February.

James Bay is a high density neighbourhood of Victoria, BC. It is the oldest residential neighbourhood on the West coast of North America that is north of San Francisco. James Bay occupies the south side of the Inner Harbour close to downtown. Access to the neighbourhood is along Belleville Street, Government Street, Douglas Street and Dallas Road.
