Bike storage can be a tricky issue.  Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available.  Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.  If you are bringing a bicycle, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check to see if the unit you want to rent has a place to store it.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

We are four sisters in our 70s and 80s having our annual reunion. Loved this condo for its location and comfort. Very bright, furniture and beds comfortable. Quite well equipped. A little noisy but what can you expect when you have this location? We would recommend this condo.

Simply fabulous. Absolutely stunning apartment right in the heart of the city. We didnt get in our vehicle once! Karen, who met us to give us the keys, was warm, easy to talk to, and full of suggestions. The only draw back were the seagulls who were loud at night, but that certainly wouldnt keep us from staying again!!

Live Well is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to all downtown attractions. The apartment is spacious, light and well appointed. Suite is as described. Great location, very convenient and helps not to have to look for parking. The place was well furnished and has everything you need. Might be a little noisy during the work week if youre hoping for something quieter but thats mainly a function of just being right above the shops below. Checkin and checkout was punctual and planned out in advance. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Loved our stay here. I was greeted by Arden in a timely manner and she was very helpful on giving me the tour of the unit and building. Also she made checkout an ease by meeting us early in the am to hand over the keys. The place was beautiful, modern, roomy for a condo, very clean and right in the heart of Victoria! I felt at home! If I come back to Victoria I would choose to book this place again.

The location was excellent for the downtown area, sights and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Great to have covered parking. Condo is well furnished and spotless. Manager was very welcoming and helpful. Only drawback is that as there was no A/C , the air flow in the condo in the current heatwave is poor - needs another fan for the small second bedroom.

Spent 3 nights and had a wonderful visit. Situated in a great location. The living room rug looks great but continues to shed (its new - minor issue). Very welcoming, clean and well stocked. Found the suite quite hot at night, especially in the bedroom close to the entry door (even with windows open). Picking keys up was organized well and the concierge very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the place to someone else.


PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.

CHECK IN time is 4:00 and CHECK OUT time is 11:00.  Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special requests but there are no guarantees.

ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING.  City/Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking inside, outside, on balconies or even within 3 metres (30 feet) of all buildings.  Fines are enforced.

No Bike Storage for this Building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.  

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

No taxes on 30+ day rentals.
Taxes are 3% Municipal and 8% PST.
